correspondence dated April 17, pertaining to the above captioned matter. On June 6, 2016, the City of Chicago placed two parking citations for *** *** with our office for collection Citation numbers *** and *** were issued to Mr*** as the registered owner of a Dodge passenger vehicle bearing Illinois plate *** and the last four digits of the VIN reading *** on November 26th and 27th of Prior to issuing these citations, the City referenced the *** of State database to determine ownership and assign liability accordingly These tickets were placed in Mr*** name by the City of Chicago As parking tickets are issued against the registered owner of the vehicle rather than an individual driver, it is unlikely that an individual’s driver license information would be associated with the parking citation Accordingly, our account representatives would not be able to provide this information to Mr***.Our office sent notice of these account placements on June 9, to *** *** at *** *** *** *** *, Moline, IL Additional notices were mailed on September 27, and April 13, Our records show that we did not send any notices to him at any other address Accordingly, it appears that Mr*** has moved and set up mail forwarding This is likely the reason he received notice of the account placements at his Iowa City address Our records indicate that we attempted to contact Mr*** by phone regarding these tickets but have been unable to reach him Furthermore, our records relating to these accounts do not show that he called our office and spoke to anyone regarding these accounts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon receipt of his complaint our office promptly removed Mr*** number ending in *** from these accounts and placed it on our internal “Do-Not-Call” list Please note, however, that our office is not authorized to waive fines and fees owed to the City of Chicago Accordingly, the balance owed for these parking citations will remain due and owing If Mr*** has any additional questions or concerns, he may contact our Compliance Department at *** We hope this serves to clarify the issue raised.Sincerely,Arnold *** Harris, P.C

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me because they have stated that they have now placed my number on a do not call list. HOWEVER, I want the business to note, that not only did I speak personally speak to on of their representatives who told me that they would remove my #, but after I continued to receive calls, I also left a message on their voicemail reminding them that they needed to remove my #. It was only after I received a 3rd phone call (following the voicemail) that I registered my complaint. Nevertheless, they stated that I had never contacted them. They need to be more careful about their record keeping. Their failure to remove me after requests was sloppy
