your correspondence dated March 4, 2017 pertaining to the above captioned matter.  We have had an opportunity to review our file and feel that we have reached an amicable resolution. Our records show that the City of Chicago Department of Finance (“City”) placed a total 12 unpaid parking violations for Ms. [redacted] with our office for collection. It appears that Ms. [redacted] also incurred several parking violations for another vehicle. Due to the fact that this other vehicle is leased, those violations were not placed with our office. Although Ms. [redacted] was able to start a payment plan for violations placed with our office, she failed to make payments on these other violations related to the leased vehicle. Accordingly, a boot was placed on Ms. [redacted]’s vehicle as a result of the unpaid parking violations. It appears that Ms. [redacted] did in fact file a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy petition, although only a few hours after her vehicle was immobilized, and then immediately demanded that the City release her vehicle. Although Ms. [redacted]’s bankruptcy was clearly filed in bad faith, as a courtesy, our office reached out to her attorney and arranged for her vehicle to be released.Notwithstanding the foregoing, please be advised that our office is not authorized to assist Ms. [redacted] with payment arrangements for her outstanding violations which have not and will not be placed with our office. As such, if Ms. [redacted] has any other concerns regarding those violations, she should contact the City for more information. Sincerely,  Arnold Scott Harris, P.C.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Their request to call them is impossible. You cannot resolve anything with an automated answering machine. I submitted the number they are calling on the original complaint which is XXX-XXX-XXXX. This number is an idle business extension not currently in use! That is how I know they are calling a wrong number.

File No: Case # XXXXXXXX
To Whom It May Concern:
We have promptly removed the phone number (XXX) XXX-XXXX from the account at issue and placed it on our do-not-call list. Ms. [redacted] will no longer be contacted at that number by our office.
While Ms. [redacted] may have included this number in prior correspondence with the Revdex.com, it was omitted from the Complaint Activity Report and was therefore never provided to our office. Additionally, our office has no record of Ms. [redacted] contacting our Compliance Department at the telephone number or email address provided in our initial response. This phone number belongs to a member of our Compliance Department and is not a general business correspondence line. To that extent, Ms. [redacted] may wish to verify the number she attempted to dial since there is no automated routing assistant assigned to this number. We hope this serves to further clarify the issue raised and apologize to Ms. [redacted] for any inconvenience.
Sincerely,
Arnold Scott Harris, P.C.

However, our records do not reflect that she ever spoke with anyone in our office. As such, it is unclear upon what she is basing her allegation of having received poor customer service. Our office previously apologized and removed her number from the third party’s account. Please be advised that due to the sensitive consumer information stored in our account management system that our representatives do not have access to the internet and are therefore unable to utilize google as Ms. [redacted] suggests in her prior complaint.
