correspondence dated September 20, 2017 pertaining to the above captioned matter.  On March 6, 2017, the City of Chicago placed an unpaid red light violation account for Ms. [redacted] with our office for collection. This ticket was issued to Ms. [redacted] as the driver of the vehicle bearing license plate [redacted]. Contrary to Ms. [redacted]’s allegations, notice of this account placement was mailed to the same address she lists in her complaint on March 8, 2017. Furthermore, our records do not reflect that Ms. [redacted] ever requested that our office cease contacting her or otherwise communicated with our office.Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon receipt of Ms. [redacted]’s complaint, our office promptly added her phone number to our permanent internal “Do-Not-Call” list to ensure that she will no longer receive calls from our office at that number. However, please note that our office is not authorized to waive valid debts owed to the City of Chicago. Accordingly, the balance of her account will remain due and owing until paid-in-full. If Ms. [redacted] has any further questions she may contact our Compliance Department at [redacted]. We hope this serves to clarify the issue raised.Sincerely, Arnold Scott Harris, P.C.

correspondence dated November 19, 2017 pertaining to the above captioned matter.  We have had an opportunity to review our file and feel that we have reached an amicable resolution. Our records do not reflect that we have called Mr. [redacted] phone number ending in [redacted]. Our office has added both these numbers to our permanent internal “Do-Not-Call” list to ensure no further calls are made to those numbers. Ms. [redacted] asserts that she has received phone calls from our office and has requested that we cease calling her number. A member of our Compliance Department reached out to Ms. [redacted] since we show no record of having ever called the phone number provided in her complaint. Upon Ms. [redacted] supplying the true number at issue, we discovered that it was erroneously associated with an account that has been placed in our office for a third party. We have removed that number from the account and have also added it to our do-not-call list. Ms. [redacted] will no longer be contacted by our office at that number.
We hope this serves to clarify the issue raised. Please do not hesitate to contact us at XXX-XXX-XXXX if we can be of further assistance. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
Sincerely,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although they indicated that they had not called me, they noted my correct personal number was on file, which indicates to me that their calls to my work was a wrong number.  I've left a voicemail with them at the number they provided to clear it up.  I still believe they were being misleading and predatory however in their automated and frequent calls.
Sincerely,

Business Bureau. We are in receipt of your correspondence dated July 20 pertaining to the above captioned matter. We have had an opportunity to review our file and feel that we have reached an amicable resolution.
The State of Illinois ("State") placed one of Mr. [redacted]'s accounts with our office for collection on March 20, 2015 for a total of $183.46. On June 25, 2014, Mr. [redacted] spoke to one our representatives and requested that our office send him a balance letter. The representative complied with Mr. [redacted]'s request and simply noted that a direct payment made by Mr. [redacted] to the State was noted in our system. The representative also clarified that he was free to pay either our office or the State directly.
We will honor Mr. [redacted]'s request to deal with the State directly and will cease all further communication efforts. We hope this serves to clarify the issue raised.
Sincerely,
Arnold Scott Harris, P.C.
