that calls cease. Our records indicate that the Illinois State Toll Highway
Authority (“Tollway”) placed one of [redacted]’s accounts with our office for
collection, under notice number [redacted].While our records also show that [redacted] did not
previously request that she cease receiving calls, we have removed [redacted] phone number from the account. Consequently, she will no longer be
contacted by our office.If [redacted] would like courtesy copies of the notices
evidencing the violations, or has any further questions, she may contact our
office at [redacted] or compliance@[redacted]  We hope this serves to clarify the issues

However, our records do not reflect that our office ever spoke to Ms. [redacted] regarding this account or otherwise received any requests to cease calling the [redacted] number. If Ms. [redacted] is receiving calls at a different number, we kindly ask that she contact our office and provide that number. Notwithstanding the forgoing, upon receipt of this complaint, our office promptly removed Ms. [redacted] phone number ending in [redacted] from the account and added it to our permanent internal “Do-Not-Call” list. Accordingly, Ms. [redacted] will no longer receive any calls from our office at that number.
