Arnolds Home Improvement did a fantastic job on our 2 oversize skylight in our house.
They were a custom size and we could not find anyone else that could do it or was interested in doing it. *** was "our guy" and he was always in contact with us letting us know at what stage that were at for our job. I cannot say enough good things about them. The guys that installed them were great. Cleaned up everything...you would have never even known they were here. *** and *** were the finishing guys for the inside and they did an awesome job...and I am extremely picky. We are so happy with our skylight replacement. Thank You *** and Thank You

They took advantage of my single 73 year old mother and her stimulus check. Quoted her $1594 for some gutter guard and 1 eaves trough, took $700 deposit that day, didn't show up for over 3 weeks while not returning calls daily from my mother due to water in basement and garage foundation damage caused from the job not being done. She canceled the job after I found Mr Gutter that did it the next morning for $500 in about 1.5 hours. Arnold's kept 30% of the entire quote ($480) for doing NOTHING but giving her overpriced quote, taking her money, and then ignoring her. Seems like a solid company! I don't even want top leave 1 star but the website is making me... #Pandemic #Stimulus #TookAdvantageOfSingleElderlyLady

Great job, start to finish! Crew arrived on time, was hard working and professional; Everyone involved was courteous and did great job of cleaning up 'along the way' - and when the job was completed. I would recommend!

Hired them to remodel bathroom wont return calls for product failure.
Arnolds remolded our bathroom we chose them due to the pitch from their salesman, was promised a lot but they delivered very little. Basically my vanity was ordered wrong so it now has a shim to level it instead of doing the correct thing and reordering it. My tile has grout stains all over it. The contractor told me I am the brother in law of the owner and I get paid by the job not the hour and rushed everything. My main complaint it the gout they used silicone and said it wasn't under warranty again lied too but we said ok fine and hired a contractor to fix it and they said basically no one will touch this because its the wrong kind of caulk for this and every time he tried to removed the old it pulled my drywall off. So now I have old pealing silicone caulk from arnolds and a bad half caulk job from the new. All I want is for arnolds to come out and redo the caulk it looks horrible and should have never been left in this state. So now when I call to talk to *** she never returns our calls I have called and so has my husband with no results.

My experience with Arnolds Home Improvement was extremely positive. The two workers, Kevin and Brett were very good at their craft. They cleaned up every night, they demonstrated vast knowledge of their trade and they were both professional in addressing any needs we had. They communicated daily with us and kept us updated on our project. I highly recommend this company.

Great job. Everything was as agreed in the contract. Very happy with the whole crew, siding, windows, and gutters with gutter guards.

.....workmen were courteous and efficient and did a beautiful job. Faster than I expected. Would recommend them to all.

If I could give zero I would Arnold's was a headache from the start to the finish. Was promised the world with the sales guy lifetime warranty for everything blah blah, well we are 2 years out and wouldn't ya know its only a year warranty on the caulk. I called about this issue last week and we had to call back to get an answer because God forbid anyone from this worthless company gives a *** to call you back. Our back splash cracked 4 different times before the fixed it completely and when the contractor was remodeling the bathroom he told me I get paid by the job not the hour, and boy does it show. The craftsmanship is garbage so people save your money and your time and go with a company like bath fitter that has a lifetime warranty on everything because if you can't guaranty your own work then what kind of work are you paying for? I can tell you its rubbish.

They did a great job. Everyone doing the work was very nice and courteous as well as the salesman and project manager. All questions were answered and misc items at the end of the project was taken care of.

Arnolds Home Improvement installed new walk in tub incorrectly.
I contracted Arnolds home improvement to install a new Jacuzzi walk in tub in my bathroom. They installed the wrong tub. They installed a tub with the door on the left side. In my bathroom the tub with the door on the RIGHT side works the best because my toilet and vanity are on the left. To get in the tub that they installed I have to try to get around the toilet to get in the tub that has a left side door. If I am elderly I can NOT use my tub because I can NOT walk directly into tub. Two different people from Arnolds Home Improvement came to measure. They measured and ordered the tub with the door on the LEFT side. Arnolds wants to resolve problem by installing a new toilet to the right side of tub and a small vanity to the left side of bathroom. I think in the future this layout will NOT work because if I need hand rails for toilet they would be no room for them because toilet is right next to tub. I paid $19000 for this tub that is currently hard to use.

We were very pleased with Arnold's work installing two sliders.
