I just recently had my house sided with new gutters and I absolutely love it. I had other quotes from other companies but the presentation is what sold me. The Project manager that handled our project was on site every day was very professional and kept us updated on the progress throughout the job. The crew was polite, fast and great to work with...THANK YOU Arnold's for making my house look phenomenal! Highly recommended.

Their scheduling is a nightmare. I was initially promised late July or early August. After two postponements which I patiently accepted and then agreed to a September date, rearranged my vacation schedule, they called me on Friday to again postpone the next Monday start date. This was very short notice and my patience ended. I dug my heels in and after several phone calls and them pleading with me to understand, I won and they started the job on Monday. Also, don't sign the job completed satisfaction document the same date they want to leave. I found several things wrong, including a leak in the plumbing and it was another nightmare to get things done. I will never use Arnold's again.

I found Arnold's Home Improvement by googling " trustworthy contractors" and my location. ***'s popped up, and I checked them out on Revdex.com website to see reviews and if they were reputable. I called and their salesman, ***, came out to dicuss what I wanted to accomplish with my house. Their price was great, and I financed through Arnold's too. They started my project 2 weeks later, and finished in 4 days. They also have a project manager for every job, who comes and checks the work when completed. I was very impressed and my house is lovely and nicely insulated. I'm very happy and would recommend them to everyone!!!!!!

A wind storm damaged my siding, and once again Arnold's Home Improvement came to the rescue. Within a few weeks I already had someone out to repair it and it looks wonderful. Excellent customer service, fantastic crew, and a solid job all for a great price! I would not use any other company!

Although it took several months to schedule our bathroom Reno (many different start dates) once work began we were very happy. The crew arrived promptly and worked long hours until the job was completed. We were very happy with the work done. The job manner, *** went above and beyond to make sure things were done right. Quality work done with roof. Little disappointed in the amount of cleanup I had to do ( shingles in gutters and roofing nails all over existing rubber roof ). I would recommend Arnold?s for both residential and commercial, I used them for both.

The downspouts on the unattended garage should have been installed on the four corners should have been offset to be correct when new siding is installed, they should have known that new siding was to be installed

Arnold's communicated each step of the process for installing windowsh and my roof repair. Had several issues with one screen and they worked with me to get the screen repaired, it took three times. I will likely try using Arnold's again for a few other projects.
