I received excellent service from the salesman, project manager, and contractors. All made sure that I understood the products offered and answered all my questions. The installation of windows and siding are perfect. The contractors arrived on time and worked hard all day. I'm very happy with the finished product.

I have no idea how this company would ever get to a A+ rating. I am not one to really complain and I have never before given a bad review for a company but future customers need to be made aware. I signed a contract on Feb 1, 2017 to have Arnolds remodel a bathroom. At that time I was told it would be a 4 day project and would be scheduled for 10-12 weeks out. At 10 weeks I have not heard from the company so I called to get a start date. They couldn't even gice me a target start date. After multiple calls and a request to cancel the contract and get a refund I got the managers number. We set a start date for 18 weeks after the contract date. No one showed up when we called we were told the person was in an accident on the way to our house and was in the hospital. Which I later confirmed was a complete lie. Finally 2 weeks later I have a crew at the house but all they have is a shower and no idea they are doing an entire bathroom. This is after the manager told me he personally unloaded everything for the room so apparently another lie. Finally 10 days later not 4 like they said the bathroom was complete. However it is now Sept 11 and I still have outlets that do not work properly that they have told me they will fix. I just really want to get the job finished properly so I can use the bathroom and be done with Arnolds.

This company lies to its customers when a contract is signed,They do not contact customers if there is a delay and they are rude to customers.
We signed an agreement with Arnold's to side our home. At this time we were told that the project would begin 6 - 8 weeks after the official measuring. We asked to be notified the Friday before the project starts so that we can prepare. On June 21, 2017 our hose was officially measured. At which time they added $2890. to the total.At the end of July my husband called Arnolds to ask about a tentative date to start the project. He was told either 8/14 or 8/21. In the meantime I received a grant from my city for help paying for this project and found out that when they did my roof last year they should have pulled a permit and didn't. I was told today that my project is still 2-3 weeks away from starting. I put down the requested downpayment and feel mt project should have been started in the time renge agreed upon. I would probably be more unstanding if there had been a particularly wet summer, but it has been dry here. I feel the operations manager is dicriminating against us because we do not live in Toledo and I have questioned her knowledge of the Ohio Building Code.While I am happy with the work they did replacing the roof and am sure the siding will look great I feel that this company cannot be trusted because they cannot keep their promise to do the work aggreed upon when promised. This will be my last project with them.
