Annual winter furnace/heat pump checkTechnician was thorough and efficient Found minor problems with systems, explained repair and cost Repairs were completed neatly and efficiently Would definitely ask for same technician again

Mr [redacted] was extremely polite, when I explained the situation immediately he knew what the problem was He checked the heat pump and gave me his diagnosis and quoted the price for the service He performed the repair in a timely manner Any time I have a problem and call ARS I will request him One of the best part of his service was it was presented in English

Jonathan [redacted] was prompt and very professional He was able to resolve my issues quickly and checked the work done previously to ensure it was still working properly

I love the service I received from the call centre to the servicer who show up at my house, he answer all my questions and provide additional information that is of helpThe service man even call up the manufacturer to get history of my system I recommend and will continue to use this company

Came on time, did the job, was pleasant and efficient

I agreed to purchase a whole house humidifier for my year old Infinity system (which ARS had been marketing to me for the entire years) Jean Paul was super nice and friendly and appeared to be competent However, from the beginning we had issues with the humidifier First of all, the installation appears amateurish with exposed wiring, loads of taping, the whole in the venting too large (patched with more tape) No instructions or cautions were supplied following the installation Several days after, I woke to a minor flood in the basement and no heat The technician who responded got the system working, but told us that when the temperatures were below freezing, we should turn the humidifier off This was completely unacceptable in view of the fact that the reason we got the humidifier was to offset the dry air created by the forced air heat The problem repeated a week later A follow up call made to ARS management (Tom) who was super understanding and promised corrective action and to send a technician Another review will be posted regarding that technician Note: Revdex.com has combined the Customer Reviews submitted by this consumer: I wrote another review recently - this is a follow up I had a whole house humidifier installed about weeks agoIt has been nothing but issues since installation (which I was not totally happy about) After a call to ARS management (Tom) and very helpful customer service, Gerardo was sent He corrected the problem, got my heat going and provided a through explanation and answered all our questions He did top notch work very professionally

The ARS technician, Paul M., was prompt, thorough and went beyond his required duties - while completing his own tasks efficiently I would readlily welcome his return when the spring inspection time rolls around

Recently had an HVAC routine check performed by technician Paul M I do not recall ever having such a thorough review of my AC system Technician was professional and knowledgable and used interesting cell telephone technology to record the process

The Service Professional (Gerald A) was very courteous and professional He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me the assessment and recommendation for the replacement of our water heater We have used ARS many times and to date, this has been the best customer service A true professional and knowledeable at what he does

ARS performed a routine check of my furnace in preparation for winter MrJonathan Tucker performed the inspection with professionalism and attention to detail MrTucker provided information in a clear manner without being condescending He was also courteous and personable in relating my options In essence, MrTucker represented ARS in a manner that encouraged me to continue with the company I have used ARS before and am pleased that this and all other dealings have been exceptional

I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Lee Z He explained each step of the repair process in ways that were easily understandable

I recently sold my home which was built in The new buyers had a home inspection that revealed an incorrect installation of an electrical junction box by ARS on one of my A/C units Of course when you have a home built new that supposedly goes through a county electrical inspection you assume everything is to code Well in this case is wasn't and shame on the inspector and ARS The fix is a minjob and a small cover ARS now wants to charge me just to assess the problem before making the correction One of their competitors , *** & *** was willing to assess the problem free of charge I called ARS and they would not take responsibility for their code violation
