Jonathan Tucker at ARS Rescue Rooter is the BEST! My unit stopped working on Saturday, Oct and I called ARSThey sent a technician to my house within the hourHowever, the technician was not able to resolve my problemThe technician was nice enough to request someone else take a look at my unit and this is where Jonathan comes in
Jonathan came to my house on Wednesday and within hours, he was able to identify the issue and resolve the problemHe was patient and took the time to diagnose what the problem was and also helped me to understand the system a little moreI am one happy customer today/tonight, because I have heat againJonathan....THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! I will be requesting that you do my servicing going forward!!

Tomas C. performed an excellent inspection service for our heating unit. He was very thorough and efficient with his servicing of our heating unit. I was very impressed with his knowledge base and work ethic. For the very first time since we have been dealing with ARS, a technician performed his inspection work without trying to sell us any add on materials and products. This was very refreshing.
Rodney S. came out and quickly fixed our plumbing problem. He showed up on time and explained the cause of our water leak. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
Yonas was courteous, skillful, and very helpful, He solved my problem quickly and provided important advice about possible future problems. I give mim the highest possible rating.
Great advice.
I looked up gas hot water tanks after my install and saw that the most expensive one was $700.00 and was charged $1600.00 with no break down of what the tank cost and the labor. Talked with other plumber's who said the job at most should have taken two and a half hours, mine took five hours. Also other plumber's asked if the overflow tank was installed which is a code for new installs. Nope, and still waiting on a response from ARS as to why this was not done. I also feel that when they are dealing with a woman the price is always more.
Technician Gerardo T. was 100% professional. He was polite and very efficient. He made suggestions when he was finished, and explained why we needed to add a necessary repair. Very good representation of this company, ARS/Rescue Rooter Laurel.
I am very pleased with the service I received today 2/13/16. The service guy came earlier then expected and I was so happy to see that I was at the top of the window that everyone hates to have, especially on a weekend. They are not like the cable company come at the very end of that window of time you are given. The service man was so polite and very knowledgeable about my systems and talked everything through with me. I loved the fact he made sure I understood everything that needed to be done. He also assisted me with changing my filters and explaining how often they should be changed. In a nut shell I would like for Mr. Gerardo T. to return because I put a lot of trust in his service so much I purchased the warranty service plan. Good service is so hard to come by these days. Thank you Mr. T. and ARS / Rescue Rooter Laurel. You made a loyal customer out of me.
