Paul M. was the HVAC Service Technician that performed our spring maintenance this spring (5/5/16). He was personable, and efficient. He clearly communicated what he was doing and fixed what turned out a minor problem quickly. Would very much like for Paul to be the technician that comes for our fall maintenance.

Rodney [redacted] of ARS installed a new hot water heater in our [redacted] home on June 10, 2016. It replaced an aging 82 gallon tank which had to be drained into a sump pump so that the tank would be less heavy for Rodney to get it up the outside basement stairs (eleven steps) to ground level.

He did a very find job installing the new tank and it has performed perfectly. He used a new technology to swage sections of the copper pipe. I had not seen that process used before and I was impressed with Rodney's skill in applying this new technology.

Even though it was empty, the old tank was quite heavy and I wondered if Rodney would be able get it up those stairs. Fortunately, in addition to being a skilled plumber, Rodney is a big, strong man. He wrestled the old tank onto a dolly and worked it up the stairs, one step at a time until he made it to the top. He was able to get the tank into his truck to remove it. A lesser man would not have been able to remove that tank by himself.

Rodney cleaned up the work area superbly. He properly processed the paperwork for my signature when the job was done.

We were most pleased with all aspects of Rodney's work and he was certainly a very pleasant person to have perform this work in our home. We recommend him very highly.

The ARS technician, Kris F. was prompt and very courteous. He finished the job in a reasonable amount of time and explained everything to me in terms I could understand.

Came on time, did the job, was pleasant and efficient.

I want to commend David D. from ARS for a job well done!
Our house was built 15 years ago and John C. D. (which eventually became ARS) did all the original plumbing and HVAC work. We have always relied on them to maintain, fix, and/or upgrade our plumbing and HVAC infrastructure, and we have always been happy with their work, as ARS technicians are always competent, thoughtful, and courteous. Now, once in a while, one has the added pleasure of seeing a familiar face, and this was the case yesterday when David Dowding came to replace our garbage disposal. Thanks again, David. ARS is lucky to have you!

Paul [redacted] / Richard [redacted] - Installed heat pump system. Very professional, friendly, clean, quick, competent, and business-like. All done and tested in one day. I would definitely use again.

Sunil K. is an exceptional technician.

The humidifier attached to my central heating system was not working. A number of technicians tried to repair it however in the long run they were not successful. The system would work for a day and then stop once again.

Sunil, spent hours undoing the "repairs" that previous technicians had tried. He succeeded where all the others failed. His professionalism, diligence and patience with me through out was unparalleled.

It's my intention to always ask for Sunil whenever I have issues with my HVAC system.

Don L. came to do a HVAC prep to turn the heat on for the season. He was professional in demeanor and efficient in the servicing. He explained step by step the checklist of the service. He is an excellent representative for your company. Thank You.

Joseph [redacted] was my service technician for my winter maintenance check of my heating system. his is very professional and did an outstanding job in inspecting my system and reviewing it with me.

Lee Z was very good. He explained everything I needed to know. He as patient and very friendly. Would recommend him.

I love the service I received from the call centre to the servicer who show up at my house, he answer all my questions and provide additional information that is of help. The service man even call up the manufacturer to get history of my system.

I recommend and will continue to use this company.

Thomas really went above and beyond the call of duty. He came out for a routine service visit, but took the time to walk me through my house and explain my heating system to me and the various components. He offered suggestions to me for maintenance on my system that I should be doing on my own.

Antwarren's service call was outstanding. He was professional, courteous, timely, and knowledgeable.

Thomas W. arrived early, was very professional, efficient and thorough, and told us information to make sure our furnace runs properly. We were pleased with our check-up.

Joseph did a wonderful job VERY please with his knowledge his positive attitude and the fact that he was professional and very respectful I will certainly call ARS of Laurel again and ask for Joseph

John M., HVAC Technician serviced my home HVAC system. John M. is professional and personable. He is also very thorough in his work. He explains next steps and preventive services to keep system to working at its best. I have already highly recommended to family and friends when they need service ask for John M. at ARS!

The service given on 2/5/2016 was explained to me by the attendant before the work was done and then completed to my satisfaction. The attendant was a respectable gentleman with a smile -glad to do the job. I couldn't ask for more. Thank You.
