The service call by Jonathan [redacted] was very professional with great customer service. He took his time to explain the system he was working on, described the problems in detail and provided information how to address the solutions to fix those problems. Overall a great experience.

Paul M. restored my heat when other companies seemed not to be able to? Paul was professional and personable, and very helpful answering questions politely while he worked without hesitation. He is to be commended!

The ARS HVAC Service Technician arrived on time, was courteous, worked efficiently, asked questions, explained everything he did, and offered recommendations.

Initially the ARS customer service team was disorganized and strung us along from 12:30 a.m. until almost 4:00 a.m. with the expectation we would be receiving emergency service while not advising us that they were unable to contact their on-call technician as well as their backup technician and ultimately we were taken care of late in the afternoon and if that wasn't enough they didn't have the replacement part in stock and had to overnight it. Fortunately for us the veteran and highly skilled technician T. C. saved the day (and our bacon) by going above and beyond the standard service model in a crisis situation and provided us with caring, exceptional, and exemplary service. Thanks Tomas!

Gerardo and John from ARS/Rescue Rooter Laurel did a fantastic job installing a new furnace at my Bel Air, MD residence. Very professional and thorough.

The ARS team, particularly Gerardo [redacted], provided excellent, professional service in installing our new air conditioning system. They worked all day without complaining and we are pleased with the results.

Not to drag mud into the house, first tech we ever had that explained what we needed to know. We would keep Ars to get a good guy like him working on our AC .

Jun 2016, ARS installed a Carrier Heat Pump system and provided excellent service. They were on time, walked me through the process, cleaned up the work area, and answered all my questions before going over the final paperwork. Both Buddy and Bill were experts in their field.

Yonas did a thorough inspection and performed necessary maintenance in professional manner. Also, explained digital thermostat features for more efficient operation. Good job!

Yonas said I needed capacitor and 2 pounds Freon. I had another HVAC professional check and the capacitor was fine.

Technician arrived early within the time window. He spent about twenty minutes completing fall service check of my heater. About five minutes to complete the paperwork and he was gone. Very courteous.

Jonathan was very professional and helpful, and was able to competently answer all our questions.

Our furnace stopped producing heat on Sunday with temperature in the 30's. On Monday at 7am we called ARS. They took our information and scheduled a service technician to come out that afternoon. ARS called back and said they could be there in 30 min.
The technician Jonathan Tucker arrived on time. I described the problems we were having with the Carrier furnace. He went right to work with a checking procedure of things. Tucker cleaned the flame sensor. Furnace started up and produced heat but only for 20 seconds. After other test it was determined that the control board was bad. Tucker explained what was happening and said he will order a new control board from Carrier.
He checked over my Carrier warranty and checked with ARS to make sure that the cost of parts & labor was covered. It was covered. Tucker pushed to get the parts as fast as possible knowing we had no other heat in the house. Tucker called and setup an appointment for 6 am on Wednesday. The furnace is working great now.
Tucker always arrived on time. He was friendly, efficient, helpful and always explained what he was doing.
ARS staff always called us when the technician was on his way.
I will always call ARS for heating problems and recommend them.

Technition was courteous and very proffessionial

I agreed to purchase a whole house humidifier for my 2.5 year old Infinity system (which ARS had been marketing to me for the entire 2.5 years). Jean Paul was super nice and friendly and appeared to be competent. However, from the beginning we had issues with the humidifier. First of all, the installation appears amateurish with exposed wiring, loads of taping, the whole in the venting too large (patched with more tape). No instructions or cautions were supplied following the installation. Several days after, I woke to a minor flood in the basement and no heat. The technician who responded got the system working, but told us that when the temperatures were below freezing, we should turn the humidifier off. This was completely unacceptable in view of the fact that the reason we got the humidifier was to offset the dry air created by the forced air heat. The problem repeated a week later. A follow up call made to ARS management (Tom) who was super understanding and promised corrective action and to send a technician. Another review will be posted regarding that technician.

I wrote another review recently - this is a follow up. I had a whole house humidifier installed about 3 weeks ago. It has been nothing but issues since installation (which I was not totally happy about). After a call to ARS management (Tom) and very helpful customer service, Gerardo was sent. He corrected the problem, got my heat going and provided a through explanation and answered all our questions. He did top notch work very professionally.

Annual winter furnace/heat pump check. Technician was thorough and efficient. Found minor problems with systems, explained repair and cost. Repairs were completed neatly and efficiently. Would definitely ask for same technician again

Mr. [redacted] was extremely polite, when I explained the situation immediately he knew what the problem was. He checked the heat pump and gave me his diagnosis and quoted the price for the service. He performed the repair in a timely manner. Any time I have a problem and call ARS I will request him. One of the best part of his service was it was presented in English.
