I have used ARS to install new heating & air systems in two of my homes in Wilmington, NC In my most recent experience I was very pleased with the price of the Carrier heat pump we bought The installation was completed the next day and was done competently In the past I had some disputes over excessive repairs on a substandard Amana hybrid system (gas-electric) we had Because this is a national company with one phone call I was able to get quick and action and a free repair ARS is an excellent company
One of our air/heating units did not produce any heat when the first cool day appeared in October, The unit would blow cold or room-temperature air throughout the common areas, but no heat ARS technician Mackenzie R [redacted] did an exhaustive diagnostic review which took two full hours He ultimately found the problem under the house having to do with some subtle issues in electrical wiring He was persistent, detailed, thorough Excellent work at a reasonable price Thank you
Kyle c was extremely knowledgeable and professionalHe made sure we were pleased with the work and took my husband around and showed him all the upgrades and improvementsWhat a great companyHis assistant came back in and collected all the drop clothes and swept upDidn't know they were even there
ARS is exspensive and does not honor their advertisments on television. Like most business today money before integrety. Better get a second opinion before letting them do any work.
We were to have an appointment at 9:A.Mbut our service person was delayed ARS called us to explain the problem and then called again to say that Joe was on his way He was only thirty minutes late but the two calls were certainly appreciated Joe did a very thorough job of checking all parts of our HVAC system We were very happy with the service given
Michael B service technician was courteous, informative and knowledgeable This is our first experience with the firm and it was one of the better service calls we have ever had I now have a name and a firm I can trust for future work with the HVAC systems
Belinda did a nice job setting up visit, and technician (Colin) arrived right on time Colin did a very thorough inspection of our heating/cooling system and gave a clear report of his findings/recommendations A very professional team!
I had the unexpected pleasure of having my air conditioner inspected by Raul Rfrom ARS Wilmington He was efficient, thorough and professional in all phases of his work He not only informed me of the condition of the problem, but used his phone to snap pictures to show me exactly what & how the problem needed to be handledHe took his time to make sure I understood what his inspection entailed Andleft my premises clean & neat I would definitely recommend this company and more important, this service tech

They were reachable on the phone (whereas many other similar companies are not) also on weekendResponded promptly, provided professional service quickly and courteously
Today we had Stetson and believe me he is worth having ARS Employee him He has been to our house a few times for service calls and each time we feel he has been honest with us and does not try to sell us stuff we do not need He listens to our problems or are concerns and looks into each and everyone of them and then explains, in detail and a way we can understand, what he found or did to resolve the problem Today he notice a flaw during our installation of our new until about a year ago and they will be back to fix the problem An easy problem to overlook, but none less a problem No charges will occur, a good thing, but overall I will try and see if Stetson is available each and every time we need ARS to come out and service our unit

I Paid ARS Rescue Rooter a $deposit on Oct02, for a gas pack heating and cooling unitThe unit has been installed with the exception of the propane kit installationAfter more than two weeks I still do not have heat in my houseI have waited at home for the last days for them to come at the promised times to install the propane kit, but they never showed up, and just give me the run-around when I call them (busy, etc.)
