Meeting with ARS project manager, Jason, went smoothly He took time to confirm that the size of our existing heating/cooling system was appropriate for our house, and then he covered all our options for replacement Very professional throughout the meeting, and answered all questions to our satisfaction No hard sale which was nice Just gave us the facts and figures so we could think about and make decision later
Appreciated Melissa giving me a call to notify that Jason was running late for our appointment time and telling us when he could be there She also sent me an e-mail with info on Jason, including a photo, so we new who to expect from ARS
