ARS service has always been good but this particular service call was noteworthy because it was really outstanding The dispatcher managed the timing and the technician was courteous and totally professional These are folks who are obviously happy to be working for ARS

After *** determined that our air conditioning was "dead", Cliff Bwas asked to come and give us some information on what ARS had to offer Before he arrived, I did a little bit of research on HVAC units and reviews He arrived promptly, was well dressed and very friendly He had all his information with him and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation He had good examples that he used to explain things to us He was able to get us the unit we wanted at a price we could appreciate A definite asset to ARS We made our decision, got approved for out home improvement loan in less than hours AND they are installing tomorrow Less that hours from first call to install Highly recommend
