I had a an air conditioning failure as a results of a bad thunder stormWhen I called ARS they immediately scheduled a service technician to comeThe technicians arrived on time and quickly evaluated the situation and fixed the problemThis service was needed on timely basis since I had out-of-town relatives scheduled to arrive that dayMy stress level was reduced and my relatives never knew that they could have spent a sweltering day had ARS not been so supportive of my emergency
One of our air/heating units did not produce any heat when the first cool day appeared in October, The unit would blow cold or room-temperature air throughout the common areas, but no heat ARS technician Mackenzie R*** did an exhaustive diagnostic review which took two full hours He ultimately found the problem under the house having to do with some subtle issues in electrical wiring He was persistent, detailed, thorough Excellent work at a reasonable price Thank you

My heatpump was installed in May, by ARS thru the Home Depot I purchased the house in January and it was not working I have had approximately service calls for this heatpump I have replaced the heat strip, blower motor, defrost control board, TXV, and outdoor condenser all under warranty On the last service call, the tech told me my problem was the ductwork I had a salesman out and he said it would all be fixed with a $2,ductwork repair I was quite relieved that they had found the problem I had the repair done on March 17, On May my heatpump was once again not working The tech came out and told me I need another blower motor and defrost control board Each time I need a repair under warranty, I have to call ARS multiple times, I am never called back, and have to get my son in law to call for me The last blower motor took over weeks to get replaced I called this past Tuesday, May 8, about the repair I need, (I do not have any air conditio
Here is a company that not only stands behind their work but when the inevitable small problems arise, they are cheerfully willing to make things right Very neat and tidy They have serviced my two heat pump units for almost years, replaced both of them in the last three years and have also replaced all my crawlspace ductwork Good people - you'll like them
I have used ARS to install new heating & air systems in two of my homes in Wilmington, NC In my most recent experience I was very pleased with the price of the Carrier heat pump we bought The installation was completed the next day and was done competently
In the past I had some disputes over excessive repairs on a substandard Amana hybrid system (gas-electric) we had Because this is a national company with one phone call I was able to get quick and action and a free repair ARS is an excellent company
