The install crew was to be here a Friday around eight or nine-thirtyThey do not shoe till 2;in the afternoonWith the Tempsin the degrees area I though it might be to hot to start that late in the day with the high tempsThey said they will start Friday and be back in Saturday around 11am to finishThey did show up at 11:but said they said they could not stay because one of the men had a meeting @ noon with a lawyer but would be back on Sunday to finishRichard called me on Sunday around nine or ten to tell me the crew would not be here they had an accident in the familyRichard and the crew finally Monday showed on Monday and finished the jobDuring all the three days I waited my dog kept rolling in the sand and dirt in the yard and bringing it into the house making a mess, They were also to help me put back the doors on my shad, that also did not happenIt just seemed to me that management had no idea when or where working But in the end the work was completed to my satisfaction

I am quite surprise this company are so easy to work with.regardless their schedule were so tight on the Christmas holiday.The Manager Ricardo Santiago used his last labor resource on Christmas Eve to complete my Artificial Grass job letting my family and relative enjoying a beautiful back yard view in last year.In addition I had not pay my last payment after they finish all the job.Ricardo told told me they have to finish all the inspection to ensure everything in good shape then I can pay them.I had not seeing so many company have such confident on their work so far Thank you Artificial Grass Master Marco Luc

We absolutely loved working with Artificial Grass Masters and loved working with [redacted] (our project manager) in particular! We called and first spoke with [redacted] , who was able to answer all of our questions, provide an estimate, and get us scheduled for a consultation all over the phone! She was very professional and seemed super nice (giving us a great first impression of the company)! When [redacted] came out to our home, we were impressed with how nice he was as well! He provided us with great insight as far as design goes and was extremely patient with all of our questions! He gave us a few different quotes based on different designs and didn't pressure us AT ALL to go with the more expensive options (which was extremely refreshing and was actually what made us decide to use this company)! When we realized we also needed to add gravel to the design, he came back out (at no charge) and provided us with a quote for that as well and did all the footwork on finding the particular kind of granite our HOA allows (even though the only quarry that was carrying it was located in Tucson)! Then he came back out with his crew less than a week later and got started on the project - which was completed within a hour period! Our yard looks absolutely gorgeous, and we are so in love with the completed project! Thank you so much, Artificial Grass Masters! We highly, highly, highly recommend this company, especially if you have the privilege of working with [redacted] (as he is phenomenal)! Five stars ??????????!

Artificial Grass Master has exceeded my expectations The sales rep Ricardo was professional from start to finish and was always available if I had any questions on the projectIt first started as a DIY project as we had them do our groundwork for the pavers and they brought in and layed our rockBut ultimately the project turned into having them install artificial turf as well in the back yardThey were quick to get us scheduled and went above and beyond my expectations for both projectsThe team worked hard and quickly and even completed a few extra asks that I had to get the job doneAnd all this was done with a smile and made to feel like they truly cared about our customer experience and made sure that the job was done to our satisfaction They've done an outstanding job and would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if I have any additional work that I would like to get done I can't stop staring at my backyard as they have transformed what was once dirt into a fully functional backyard that I am proud to show off and hang out in

Where to start!my wife and I could not be any happier with the completion of our artificial turfWe were in a time crunch and was told by all artificial grass companies, except Artificial Grass Masters, that there was no way to get the project done before ThanksgivingIt was our fault waiting up to the last second to order the jobThis is when Frank Garcia stepped in and calmed us downSee, we are hosting family members and really did not to want to have people hanging out in the back yard where the "real grass" wasFrank assured us that the job will be done on time, even though one day of rain stopped installationthe day before installation, all materials were delivered to my house and placed in an area that was not blocking my cars in the garageThe next day, at around hours, an army of installers arrived and got down to businessI was at work but was concerned that my two Great Danes were held up in the house and that I would come home to a "big mess"I sent Frank a message to see if he could make sure the gate was closed and then the let dogs outFrank allowed the dogs to relieve themselves and then put them back in the houseWhen I got home, (hours after I had left for work) the installation was completeFranks crew did a masterful job in cleaning up after themselves and even hosed down my patio! Very dissatisfied and disappointed in setting up an appointment for an estimate on our backyard landscaping for 10/Wedat 9:00am No one showed up and when I called I was told they had me scheduled for ThursdayThe scheduler apologized and said she would call me back after she would try to contact a Mgrto see if they could give us an estimate in the afternoonNo call no show Wed or ThursdayWhen we called Thursday we were told we weren't on their schedule This company must pick and choose what jobs they will give estimates We live in Eastmark in Mesa there is much opportunity for PROFESSIONAL DEPENDABLE LANDSCAPERSWe will not be recommending this company in our community

Artificial Grass Masters was great Ricardo was so helpful and friendly that I was sold immediately I had a very small project but he seemed excited about it He demonstrated several different thicknesses of turf, the pros and cons of the thicknesses, and how the sun reflects off each grade of thickness He was very thorough and on top of his craft
His crew was also excellent I can't believe how hard and fast they worked First thing they had to do was remove the gravel and they re-positioned it around the yard where it was needed The finished product is beautiful, firm yet soft to walk on, and neatly sloped away from the house
I am very pleased with my experience with Ricardo, his crew, and Artificial Turf Masters I highly recommend them
