Artificial Grass Masters

The company was good to work with and went all out to accommodate my request for metal edging vs. the usual concrete curbing (to go with the modern look of my house). It was a first for them but they had folks on their team that had metal experience (Ryan) and it went very well. They delivered all materials. I made last minute changes to the plan while the install was going on and they were very accommodating. Some stepping stones that l had laid out specifically where I wanted them were not positioned as laid out. Although they did offer to fix the error, I went with it as it looked better and it has worked out for the best. However, if you have specific expectations (or may be inclined to change your mind) I would definitely be there on the day to work with the team as they will accommodate adjustments in-flight. Pricing wise I am not sure there is much difference in providers and these guys were in range. I went with a higher grade of grass and it is very thick – small leaves are hard to get out of it. You may want to do more research than I did on grass types as its possible lower grades may actually be better for certain things (i.e. leaf removal, softness etc). Overall I would recommend the company!

We installed the grass for our dog (Coco) and the installation was excellent and on time. It met our expectations and Coco loves it. It was worth the price and is a major addition to our home.

Wow! After many months of research, I found and went with AGM and am elated with my decision! I wish I could post a picture. I am a wishy washy person and found Sean to be patient and understanding. He met with me 2 times to go over measurements, met me at the rock quary to look at pavers and gave me a backyard design that I was looking for. The job was right on budget and took only 1 1/2 days to complete. The owner of the company even showed up to make sure I was satisfied. I had pavers, artificial turf, curbing, and rock installed, complementing my pool. Now my backyard is complete! And BEAUTIFUL

We recently had Artificial Grass Master install grass in our back yard. They did a wonderful job! We can not say enough about the quality of work. Simply Perfection!!!! All employees we very courteous and friendly and install went seamlessly. They left the job site all tidy and neat. The quality of their work is " SIMPLY PERFECTION" 5 Star rating!!!!!!!

Ricardo came to our home to give us a quote on our front yard and he did an amazing job of listening to our needs and budget. They removed all of our sod and put in beautiful artificial grass. All of our neighbors are envious of front yard and say that it is the best in the neighborhood.

A couple of months after that we finished our pool and needless to say our backyard was a mess and previously we had grass. Ricardo came back and spoke to my husband and they came up with a plan to landscape our backyard while I was out our son's school function. I am kind of picky and when I got home wanted some changes. Ricardo and the design team jumped into action and created a new design in a moments notice that I absolutely love. They did both pavers and artificial grass and now we have a wonderful space to entertain friends and family for years to come.

Review: We hired Artificial Grass Masters to install grass, curbing, irrigation, flagstone and decomposed granite for walkways at our home. It was a big job, but the salesman [redacted] insisted that it could all be completed in two days. On the second day, the workers were here until 9:00pm working in the dark, and the owner would not allow them to leave until it was finished. Because of this, the work contracted for the side of our house was not completed properly. When [redacted] came by to collect payment, he confirmed that more decomposed granite needed to be brought in, re-graded and compacted for proper drainage, and pathway stabilizer needed to be applied. It was agreed that a crew would be out on 6/1/15 to complete the job, and the final payment (less $200) was made. They did not show up to complete the work nor did they call to reschedule. [redacted] finally responded to my calls and messages on 6/9, and scheduled 6/20 for completion.

Another problem occurred when we turned on the drip irrigation system that was installed by this company. They used a fitting to tie the drip irrigation into an existing water line, then installed flagstone over top of the line. When we turned on the water, the fitting they used blew off under the flagstone and needed to be repaired. I spoke with [redacted] and told him about the issue, and he said that all work would be completed on 6/20. Per [redacted] request, on 6/19 I communicated with him via text what work needed to be done, and he verified it would be completed the following morning.

The workers failed to arrive in the morning of 6/20 so I contacted [redacted] and he said they would be there in the afternoon. When they did not arrive, I attempted to contact [redacted] by phone, text and email, and he has not responded.Desired Settlement: We would like the company to honor their contract and complete the work to our satisfaction.

They made my backyard like a resort per on my instruction. Was so happy with all the crew. My agent was Frank and he was so kind and such a professional person. Also met the owner Joshua and again he was so nice to us. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends. So if any of you are looking or canvassing, don't waste your time and money. Get Artificial Grass Masters and you won't regret!

Professional Sales Representative was patient, respectful and very knowledgeable of the fake grass industry he didn't mind going over key points a few extra time with my elderly mother.

Grass Installers where very respectful and spoke good English, full matching uniforms and they were able to get the job done faster than they had promised.

The material delivery was a bit early (5:30am) but theses guys were able to get started and works non stop until they transformed my plain backyard into an amazing oasis.

I WOULD definitely recommend them to all my friend and family !

I like my grass. Looks great even after a year, only trouble is the pet oder as I have 4 dogs. Not the fault of the business, but still, it is tough to deal with at times. I just ordered a product to help fight this and we see how it goes'. But the guys at Artificial Grass Masters were courteous and very fare priced.

Review: Artificial Grass Masters installed a lawn for me in October. They did a great job, and I dealt with the owner[redacted]. Job was on time, and well done. I have attempted numerous times on the phone, left messages on phone, emailed numerous times, and have yet to get a receipt or any documentation of the warranty he told me about. My last email was December 31st 2014, and he stated he attempted to send me an invoice, but have yet to get one. I stated he needed to send me on via USPS. This should not be a big issue, but this is not a normal customer service.Desired Settlement: Get an invoice with the pricing listed, and the warranty.
