Artificial Grass Masters is a Say What they do, Do What they Say type of CompanyFrom the honest advertising, Polite office people, the impressive knowledgeable Project Managers (Designer, Salesman/Superintendent), the Quality installation more importantly the quick turn around time
From Start to finish my experience went like this
I scheduled my appointment on a Friday for that coming Monday at 9:00, I received a phone call from the project manager at 8:let me know that he was en route but maybe minuteI appreciate the communication because I hate flakey companiesSure enough at 9:Richard H*** arrived excited and ready to helpI had a pretty extensive design including pavers, a putting green, grass around the pool along with the irrigation, boulder placement, decorative gravel,tree, plants, decorative concrete curbing, block wall relocation and repair, plus they installed sun screens because I had windows that faced the grass
My Wife and I are the type of people that find the best deal then try to get a better one, Lol! We are not cheap, just savvy! so of course we got estimates from different companies then we mom and popped each oneArtificial Grass Masters Agreed to play as they offered a Price match guarantee or they would give me $After we gathered estimated from a few companies we narrowed it down to two companies: Artificial Grass Masters and Company X who was $less on a $10,project and I told my wife lets take a chance and invite Artificial Grass Masters them back out at the very least we make $50.00, (Just being savvy, Lol!) So when Richard came back out he said there are rules to the price match guarantee, (of course there is a catch, Lol!) He said I must be able to produce a copy of the estimate from the other company a sample of the Artificial Grass and products from a reputable licensed and bonded competing companyWell since both companies had provided me those things, I was ready to get the best deal or make $LOL! Side by side we compared the Artificial Grass Masters and Company X and everything was exactly the same, until it was time to produce a contractor license from the competing companyI couldn't find it anywhereSo Richard helped me do a quick google search and I found Company X and a lot of negative reviews including several where Company X had received large deposits and then never started or never finishedThen he showed me reviews on several reputable review websites to include Homeadvisor, Yelp, Better Business Burea, Veteran Owned Business
I was speechless, I almost felt as if I had completely offended RichardRichard said fair deal should only come with a fair priceHe then asked for the estimates from the other companies that were reputable(they were $500-$more then Artificial Grass Masters.)
So then it was clear It was not the product that we were paying for but the company and clearly Artificial Grass Masters was the best company for the jobSo then I asked Richard how fast soon can we get started and Richard said "Well if I receive deposit signed contract today(Thursday) we could get you on the schedule for next weekNow this made me think "Either this company is super organized or Richard is over committing? (Remember I a skeptic, LOL!) I said o.kput us on for next weekHe created a detailed work order and then had me sign it along with the invoice and contract which we also had to sign before he even asked for payment(This made us feel comfortable and confident that we were not going to get taken for our money) We then gave Richard a deposit for $He immediately sent men a copy of the paid invoice and contractRichard then asked us if we had a specific day the following week, we didn't care it was in the backyardHe then said he would submit the work order and that he would have an install date by Friday afternoonRichard also said would done in three days
Friday afternoon I got a phone call from the the nice lady at the office and she told me that Richard was busy but she wanted to inform me of my install date which was the coming Wednesday(I thought great he didn't just run off with my money! LOL!)
Materials Arrived on Monday, and they were neatly placed on the driveway
Day - Wednesday morning Richard and the installation team showed up and they were all wearing uniformsThis was impressiveHe then Introduced me to Oscar - The foreman(Nicest guy in the world) and his installersRichard then went over the work order with me and Oscar to ensure the design was understood(Again this was a big project for us so we wanted it to be done right.) Sure enough Richard and Oscar explain to me what was going to take placeThen they set off to workThe first day they came out and did the demo, they tore everything up and cleaned the area for preparationIrrigation was trenched and installed, then the base work for the grass and pavers was installedBy the afternoon String lines were all over my backyard and the base was compacted pavers were being installed and Curbing was being installedI thought "Man this is happening fast."
Day - Install Team Installed the the plants, trees and Tons of Gravel and Finished what seams to be a million paver cuts around the pool and patioThe yard was finally coming together!
Day - Artificial Grass, and the putting green was being installed, and I must say installing the fringe is definitely an art and Artificial Grass Masters made it look rightThey finished off the day by completely raking, and blowing off the entire project area and washed off the dust from everything
Richard called me and told me he was going to be by to conduct a Quality Assurance Walk Around(Man, Now this is what I am talking about.) when he arrived we walked the project to insure that everything was to our satisfaction, And It Was! Lol!
He then Gave me a voucher that look like a hundred dollar bill for referral, I've already give of them away, I've made $for referrals from my friend purchased projects
Working with this company has been a real pleasure, I'm old school and the people over at Artificial Grass Masters treated me right

They were very nice to work
With they work very hard to give me a beautiful yard I would definitely recommend them and if I need any work.in the future I would use them Ryan was very helpful

I would recommend this company to anyone, they did an amazing job on my yardRicardo and his team were great from start to finishEvery person that worked on this project was extremely pleasant, very professional and took the time to answer every one of my many questionsI had artificial grass and sone landscaping done in a large backyard - I had NO idea what I wanted done and trusted Ricardo to make it look good - he went above and beyond and made it look AMAZING!

I received an estfrom Arificial Grass masters last Wed The sales man Richard was very knowledgeable we agreed on a which grade of grass I wanted Installed week laterwent very wellworkers came out earlydid a great JOB!!! The sales rep Ricardo was professional from start to finish and was always available if I had any questions on the projectIt first started as a DIY project as we had them do our groundwork for the pavers and they brought in and layed our rockBut ultimately the project turned into having them install artificial turf as well in the back yardThey were quick to get us scheduled and went above and beyond my expectations for both projectsThe team worked hard and quickly and even completed a few extra asks that I had to get the job doneAnd all this was done with a smile and made to feel like they truly cared about our customer experience and made sure that the job was done to our satisfaction They've done an outstanding job and would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if I have any additional work that I would like to get done

The install crew was to be here a Friday around eight or nine-thirtyThey do not shoe till 2;in the afternoonWith the Tempsin the degrees area I though it might be to hot to start that late in the day with the high tempsThey said they will start Friday and be back in Saturday around 11am to finishThey did show up at 11:but said they said they could not stay because one of the men had a meeting @ noon with a lawyer but would be back on Sunday to finishRichard called me on Sunday around nine or ten to tell me the crew would not be here they had an accident in the familyRichard and the crew finally Monday showed on Monday and finished the jobDuring all the three days I waited my dog kept rolling in the sand and dirt in the yard and bringing it into the house making a mess, They were also to help me put back the doors on my shad, that also did not happenIt just seemed to me that management had no idea when or where working
But in the end the work was completed to my satisfaction
