A couple of months after that we finished our pool and needless to say our backyard was a mess and previously we had grass Ricardo came back and spoke to my husband and they came up with a plan to landscape our backyard while I was out our son's school function I am kind of picky and when I got home wanted some changes Ricardo and the design team jumped into action and created a new design in a moments notice that I absolutely love They did both pavers and artificial grass and now we have a wonderful space to entertain friends and family for years to come

I was charged $for using my credit card to pay the bill No where in the contract does it say that there would be a charge for doing this Three and a half years ago I was not charged when paying with a credit card The assistant who presented us with the bill did not mention that although he claims otherwise Therefore it was a big surprise when I looked at my credit card statement The same assistant also claimed that I disrespected him because I had hung up on him I thought his phone had died If I had hung up on him I would not have answered when he called back He was also two days late calling to set up an appointment

we received several quotes from various companies for artificial turf for our back yard Artificial grass masters has an add that says if we can not beat any quote we will give you $well you point that out to the company the owner gets hostile and refuses to honor his word making all kinds of comments and derogatory remarks which is uncalled for and un-professionalif they are not going to stand behind their word and pay the people $then they should not advertise thatI have pictures to prove that advertisement if needed

I am quite surprise this company are so easy to work with.regardless their schedule were so tight on the Christmas holiday.The Manager Ricardo Santiago used his last labor resource on Christmas Eve to complete my Artificial Grass job letting my family and relative enjoying a beautiful back yard view in last year.In addition I had not pay my last payment after they finish all the job.Ricardo told told me they have to finish all the inspection to ensure everything in good shape then I can pay them.I had not seeing so many company have such confident on their work so far

He came out immediately to provide a quote for replacement of our existing artificial grass and was far and away the cheapest The team came out a few days later and finished installing the artificial grass in one day The end product is beautiful- we couldn't be happier!
