No, I am not willing to accept the offer from Ashley
furnitureMy first question/concern is they are stating I had a warranty on
the furniture that I never receivedHow is that possible??? No, exchange ever
took place!! *** a customer service supervisor finally advised me back in
February that my ticket was closed and it showed that the pieces that were
damaged had been exchanged 08/20/(this is after repeated request to have my
furniture delivered)I first addressed my concern when my husband and I went
and purchased furniture from Ashley in July I was told at that time my
new furniture would be delivered and exchanged when our sons’ furniture was
delivered August I stress this did not occur, the only
furniture received was my sons?? I had an agreement with Ashley
furniture to exchange the damaged pieces for new ones, I would have never
accepted and paid full price for damaged goodsI don’t understand as a
consumer how the burden is now my loss because Ashley furniture did not deliver
my furniture, I have no control whatsoever over their processes or lack
thereofI feel I should not have had to call repeatedly to try to get this
resolved!!! My new furniture should have shown somewhere in their inventory?? Refund

I am writing this today in response to the last email that I received from the Revdex.com. I would like for my case to please be reopened. Ashley furniture has still to this date done nothing that has been promised to myself. I spoke to Sharon H*** on 10/5/of this year. She did indeed apologize for all of my inconvenience. I was told by her on this date that I would be refunded the price of my pillows in its entirety, and that she would place an order that day to have the set shipped directly to my house. As of today, 10/20/15, I have yet to receive a refund, nor the pillows. Additionally, there has been no further communication between MsH*** nor myself regarding the subject matter to explain the delay in service. This is yet again another display of their poor customer service practices. For all intents and purposes, this company has stolen my money, for they have given me nothing in return. I'm not sure what step is next in this process, but at the least I would like the case to be reopened Thank you for your time and effort, *** *** ***
