I have been waiting nearly a month now for my refundI can't even go any place else to get furniture until all my money is refunded. I don't understand how hard it is to type out a check for the remaining amount so I don't have to wait another to days for the rest of my money. I feel like they haven't tried very hard to make themselves responsible for what happened. I have spent at least $in gas back and forth to the store in Greenwood trying to get this taken care ofAt the least I feel they should have offered us some compensation for our bad experience so I could at least spread word that they tried to make things right. I spoke to Ms M*** on 3/14/and the phone was never disconnected (FYI), Her response was to provide us with some rail support as they have before and DID NOT fix the issueI want Ashley's furniture to provide a technician to come and resolve the issue that we are having

I have spoken with the guest I ask the guest to send me pictures of the peeling sofa and the serial number and I was going to forward them to the manufacturer to see if they would cover the damage The guest informed me they gave the sofa away I apologize for the confusion with

I was offered a $gift card which isn't store creditAs I said on the phone yesterday I would take the gift card but How is that fair compensation? Why would I want to buy something from their store again after everything I had to go through to get my furniture?

I just received the message and letter todayAshley sent out a Male repto inspect the mattress on Sept15th and he also stated that the mattress is defectedYesta repcalled and stated that they were having problems with the mattress company refunding their purchaseI advised her that they can work that out themselves but meanwhile I still don't have a usable mattress and that they needed to come and pick it up from my home Asap because I'm not paying for itAnd I want my account refunded and my damaged furniture fixed

I spoke with Ashley representative on the phone yesterday and all they did was offer an apology They denied and refused to do any investigation as to the reason my phone number was being abused They only stated that it was not them and that I should compromise myself by answering the call This would be going against all recommendations by police department and my phone service providerI did not receive any calls yesterday for the first time in weeks however Maybe this was corrected by some internal process at Ashley if my phone number was removed on their end, although I wasn't informed that it had been I am hopeful that the calls have ceased and this complaint has been resolved in some miraculous that Ashley will bear no responsibility for

An inspection isn't going to resolve our situationWe need to have the mattress replaced, not just inspectedAlso, to look at the mattress there wouldn't be anything to see wrong with itYou would have to feel the difference alongside another mattress of the same modelI was at one time willing to take ours to the store and put it against the floor model to compare the twoI'm not going to do that nowI have had enough of thisI even had the manager of the store come out at one time to test itHe said he didn't think there was much of a differenceThis mattress we have is much firmer than the floor model and is NOT ultra plushOther than a replacement of the mattress with a new same exact model as we purchased, delivered and this one in our home now removed, or a total refund of our money

*** *** I am not satisfied with this result because all along I was expecting to be compensated for the delivery as said by Brandon one of the managers there that was dealing with my situation specificallyIt's one thing that we talked aboutHe specifically stated we will take care of it once I received delivery of my sofa so a $Ashley gift card is not acceptableThat's why I'm requesting a full refund and they can take back the sofa and gift card as I will never shop with them again

Spoke to the guest. We have the service set for 2/as of now. I am working to see if I can get a tech out earlier
