Spoke with Sharon from the escalation department on Thursday. Sharon stated she entered notes into the system to allow the reselect. She stated we would need to go into the store to make our selections, pay the difference between the original purchase and the reselect, and then set a delivery date for the reselected merchandise/removal of damaged merchandise. Sharon also stated she was entering a refund of our $delivery fee from the original purchase and we should receive it in about days
We went to Ashley Furniture Thursday evening, made the selections, paid the difference, and set a delivery date for March 31.
If all goes well, this resolution is satisfactory. I don't know the process for this, so I don't know if I should have selected accept instead of reject. I wasn't sure if the complaint should remain open until we receive the merchandise and the refund.Regards,*** ***
Spoke to guest today. I explained she was out of the manufacturer's warranty and the VIP covers accidental damage. She hung up before I could tell her we would repair as a courtesy this time. I left her a message telling her we are going to repair it for her. We have ordered

The resolution that I would like to see is a cancellation of the order or a reduction in the price for the furnitureAs I mentioned before, the credit card requirement in the financing terms of the contract was not clearly specified during the approval processMy goal is to pay off the furniture as quickly as possible so that I can close this credit card accountAs long as the furniture is being paid on, the credit card account must remain openIf the price could be negotiated, it will allow me to pay the balance off quicker and be done with the entire account, which is currently being displayed on my credit report

You sold me a used mattress You repeatedly failed to communicate with me by rarely if ever returning phone calls or answering messages The sofa is total garbage and nothing like what I was sold in the showroom Additionally the repair person simply stuffed padding in the hole and said there it's fixed You have routinely promised to make this right and it still isn't I have worked with six different customer service specialists without resolution I have talked until I'm blue in the face about how bad and insulting this has been
You tried to blame the mattress failure on the manufacturer which was very inappropriate especially since you also tried to say it was fine and as it should be Once again proving the lack of communication and lies from your company!As stated multiple times the ONLY RESOLUTION IS TO REMOVE YOUR DEFECTIVE SUBSTANDARD FURNITURE FROM MY HOME AND REFUNDED MY MONEY
