For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In response to the answer from the storeThe issues are still not resolvedThe technician came out and replaced the cushions and confirmed that the recliner is crookedHe told me he was ordering a partSeveral days later a box arrived and it is the complete frame for under the couchI have been trying to reach MsF* back and we have yet to speakJust messages left back and forthI have yet to be scheduled for the frame to be put in and quite frankly I am not happyThis couch was only months old, has had all the cushions replaced and now the entire frame to be replacedThe cushions that have been replaced look different then the other materials on the couchI feel this couch should be replaced with the same couch. *** ***

They finally picked up the dining set on Nov 8th but no monies have come my way yetI sent another text to the SVP who always promises someone will call nothing from them and I don’t know what to do anymoreThey owe me $should I just take them to court? They are terrible people and I’m sick the stress of this is getting to me

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.While I do agree that all of the furniture was delivered on 8/15/15, it took numerous calls to finally get the company to agree to bring all of the merchandise Upon delivery, the furniture was not prepared for all of the screws/bolts to be installedTherefore we were forced to accept furniture that was not fully assembled or return the furniture and go through the entire process again At the very least, I believe that Ashley furniture should refund/credit my account for the delivery fees and apply a discount to the table which the delivery personnel were unable to insert all of the screws on (not all holes were predrilled and they just left the extra hardware)

Sharon H*** was the individual who asked me to call but she did not answer her phone and her voice mail box was full. I have attempted to reach her again today with no success.I have not received an apology to date. We were told we would be receiving a new headboard via UPS on 3/and that we would need to call them to schedule installation upon receipt but this is the 3rd time we have been told the same thing and yet to receive anything. I do not wish to close this case until the headboard has been received.?Regards,*** ***
