I am rejecting this response because: I have received NO such request for account info from this companyThe last message I received from them(via iPoll customer support) states that my account is being closedI did NOTHING to warrant this action on *** part and I either want my account back or my balance paid in fullIf SSI is unaware of *** action then they need to look into it and get new customer service reps for ***The current ones refuse to do their jobs and instead are abusing iPoll members.

To Whom It May Concern: We apologize if we were unable to reply back to the members email sooner because we were out of the office on weekends until 4th of July. After we received the phone call, the member's complaint was immediately brought to our technical team's attention for review

I wanted to let you know my accts with SSI (survey spot and opinion world)have been reactivated. I read where they claim I marked their emails as spam. I did NOT do it butfor some reason *** did mark ALL my emails, from friends, family, surveys,etc as spam and sent them all to my trash box. I did contact *** but theynever did figure out why this happened. It has happened twice this year andeach time I was able to try something to fix the problem even though ***said they didn't know why it was happening and could find no problem.I do take surveys from other companies and another one did contact me andsaid my email was marked as spam and they were notified. I explained I didNOT do that and I was in contact with ***. They did the right thing byfirst contacting me to find out why it happened and when I explained theykept my acctactive and didn't do anything to it. Unfortunately SSI will deactivate members for no reason at all as what happened to me last year and the many complaints you have received aboutothers being deactivated.I want to give Revdex.com a BIG thank you for your help each time getting my accts.reactivatedI did email SSI three times and never received a response whichis what they do. Having to contact the Revdex.com should not have to be done andthe company should answer ALL emails but they don't. Thank you again!!***

the business is not being truthful with regard to what I am owed in points, the business owes me points and I want to be paid You can also let the business know that I plan to file a complaint to *** *** *** in their state for the company survey sampling inc used my personal information to other survey companies, this violated my agreement with *** *** that they would not use my personal information to any other company Since I have been signed up with *** *** I have been receiving spam emails alone with other survey companies that have my personal information and it only could have come from *** *** since they are the only survey company I have ever used
