[redacted] I phoned [redacted]. re the offer to be a mystery shopper and was told that what I received  was a scam. They told me the same thing you did re not answering the emails, etc. that is why I called you. So I seems this is a vicious circle whereby the buck keeps getting passed and no resolution is found for the consumer. It is up to me again as per your message. I am back to square one. THANKS A LOT!!!And though I don't agree with your resolution, I feel it doesn't make any difference what I say, your message will be the same,[redacted]

Our system shows the reward was processed and the code was sent on 5/25/2016. We have sent the [redacted] code to the member's email address again.

To whom it may concern:We apologize for the inconvenience. One of our representative called her 3 times today, July 1, 2016 at 10:47am (mountain time), but no one picked up the phone. So the representative left a voicemail and sent her a message to verify her account information instead. For reference, the ticket number of the email is [redacted] We will wait to hear back from the member.

We apologize for not getting back to this request sooner. Our records show that the member’s account was reactivated on July 28, 2016 and has actively answered surveys to date.

After pulling his record in our system, we see his [redacted] account has been unsubscribed and his [redacted] and [redacted] accounts have each been suspended. Review: I have an " I OWE YOU " From Audi Bernardsville, NJ for a set of roof racks on a 2015 Audi Q7. It has been 26 days and they have yet to resolve this issue. They will not return emails or phone calls. I also contacted [redacted] and they have done nothing in resolving this. One of the Audi reps told me to take them to court. So this is my next step.Desired Settlement: I want the cost of the roof racks ($450.00) plus cost for my time and expense taking Audi Bernardsville to court.
