I had an appointment for a microdermabrasion in on August 25, at 4:30pm at the Bothell locationWhen I got to my appointment, the doors were lockedI was minutes early, per there request, so I waited until 4:40pmThere was still no one at the locationI called both phone numbers and finally left a message stating that I was at the location for my appointment and would like a call backThey never called back, so I called the (866) number on September requesting a new appointmentThey refused, saying I owed them a fee for missing my appointmentWhen I objected to the fee, that I had been at my appointment time and the doors were locked and that I left a message, they DIDN'T BELIEVE MEShe told me my text confirmation had the location on it, which I still have, and it does not stipulate the locationShe then put me on hold for minutes so I called back and asked to speak to the manager, which was the same lady apparentlyI told her the customer service was terrible a

response because:My concerns and reasons for complaint were not solely about wait timeIn fact, I used the extremely long wait time as my reason at first when wanting to leave Aura as to not offend anyone by my real reason of discomfort, which was the sick unattended child in the reception areaAlso, I was never disorderly or disruptive and any claims from this company saying this is the case are un trueThis is something I have seen Aura accuse people of time and time again on their rebuttles to online reviews sharing the same abuse from the staff at AuraMyself and many other clients have been accused of being disorderly or disruptive when that is simply not the caseI would like to see any evidence they have of me being anything other than patient up until the receptionist Katy called me “trash” and told me to leaveI still was not disruptive by demanding my Groupon backAlso, Aura is falsely taking credit for my Groupon refundAura did nothing at all - I sat outside their establishment on the phone with Groupon and told them exactly what happenedThis is all recorded for customer quality etcand I am positive I could prove this as wellI also have a photo of myself in Aura’s waiting room with the sick unattended childAura is lying in attempt to cover up how abusive they are to clients on a regular basis and I reject their response 100% as it is and furthermore insulting

Your claim and rejection are baseless and ludicrouskaty already explained to you that Like with any needle therapy Botox can cause bruisingYou rejected her explanationFurthermore you refused to come see the doctor for a follow upInstead, you unilaterally made the decision to reverse the chargeLegally, had it been a check you wrote to us for the $instead of a third party financing or a credit card, what you'd commit by canceling the check would be FraudAsk any judgeYou signed a contract with us for the $for units of BotoxYou received the units of Botox, then you canceled the chargeThis is stealing and we will have a judgement entered against you in a small claims court that will have a negative effect on your credit rating

I'm not sure as to why we're beating a dead horseAs was explained many times previously, the customer was refunded the unused portion of his service per the creditor (***We offered the customer $just to get him off our backs and not because we admit owing him any monies and unfortunately he declined the offerJust because the keeps rehashing this claim it does not justify his positionThe creditor agrees with our position yet the Revdex.com keeps harassing us with this claimJust because the customer is refusing to give up does not mean the claim is unresolved

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have requested the dates on MANY occasions to this very same email address. They have NEVER, I repeat NEVER, provided the dates. I am thinking it is because they are worried that if they provide an actual date that I can prove I was on a trip (flight records, passport stamps, etc) they will obviously be proven wrong. And I travel quite a bit. Anyhow, if they are so sure that they have the dates, why don't they go ahead and provide them right here in this forum. Yes, that is it, PROVIDE THESE DATES YOU SAY YOU HAVE IN YOUR RECORDS!!! (the ones that don't actually exist!!) They've had many opportunities to do so, again, they simply don't have the data, so keep spitting out the same response (the client has used up all of her visits, blah blah blah...) with NO data to back it up. Again, I am done with this business and will never go there again nor recommend it to my friends. Remember I was offered visits as a resolution, but am choosing not to take them on principal. If I was just out to get a "free" service, that would have been the end of the story. That is simply not the case! I was treated with disrespect and like I was lying, when they are completely in the wrong, and had zero customer service in dealing with this situation. I am very disappointed that they messed up, failed to take accountability and feel the need to point the finger back at the customer. I went in to Aura Laser Skin for a filler purchased off *** on July 12thWhile there, I was offered a procedure for a laser treatment The price for the laser treatment was offered at $ I strongly considered and agreed I had left my wallet behind at home, so in speaking to ***, he told me I could open a CARE account for the laser treatment since I had no form of payment on meHe offered to see how much I could qualify for and then we discussed me not using the CARE account to pay for the service and instead that I would bring in my credit card the day of service to pay for it I called to cancel the appt this morning since timing wouldn't work and was told the amount charged was non-refundable I wasn't sure what that meant because I had agreed I would bring in my credit card to pay for the treatment The receptionist suggested I speak to *** to make sure nothing was chargedin speaking to *** the day of my original visit, he told me I was "approved" for $2800,

Ms *** complaint is both unfounded and irrationalWe at Aura Laser pride ourselves at providing the highest standard of patient care while maintaining an exceptional level of professionalism, hygiene and safetyThis is the reason we have sold over Botox vouchers to clients over Groupon,
of which many have become loyal customersNow regarding the Botox outcome or lack of Ms *** alleges, our physicians explain to every patient and per Allergan's (the Botox maker) recommendation, Botox takes effect to days after the injection has been administeredThis is the reason our physicians advise each patient to contact us no later than week after the injectionMs *** waited weeks and she did not even try to contact our office, but instead decided to launch a complaint with your officeEven though our physicians would refuse to see Ms *** for a follow up after such a long period, we are willing to meet with her and address her concernsAs for a refund, the service was rendered, and we are a no-refund clinic so we won't be able to issue a refund.

I purchased *** to get laser hair removal treatment and also bought additional full service for Face hair removal from business itselftotal : $349(***) + $350(paid to Aura)
I had session with them and now they have declined to provide additional session and not ready to refund my money
I called them multiple time and left voicemail however didn't receive any response
At last I went to their facility and inquired about remaining services which they refused to provide and didn't give me refund as wellIn addition, they abused me for being an Indian nationality

Before I explain my specific incident with this company, I need to call attention to the yelp and Google reviews left by many othersA similar situation has happened to over other women that are seeking help with things that they are self-conscious about Aura laser is on Groupon for many treatments that people purchase for their appearances - from Botox to hair removal, facials etc I purchased a Groupon prior to the holiday season to get a refreshed look and made my appointment with themWhen I arrived, the person at the desk was extremely rude to me, leading me to feel as if I did something to her personallyAlso, her child was left unattended in the waiting room with me and he clearly had a terrible cold bugHe was coughing and laying on the bench next to me, not once did his mother (the desk lady Katy) ask him to cover his mouth or to sit upThis was uncomfortable to say the least, days before Christmas I was a little desperate for my appointment so I stayedAfter abo
