I went in for laser hair removal and they burned my tattoo off I went back for help saying I think a have a infection Kate (who says is a nurse) said I was fine and that I must have picked it to make it look that way It was swollen red and had pus coming out She cleaned me up and said I will be fine The next day I could hardly walk and felt sick I called them but they wouldn't call me back I went to the doctor and they told me my infection when up to my hip and I also had a staph infection Aura Laser would not help me at all I took them to court and I won!!! and now they won't give me the money that I am owed The judge was in shock looking at the hole in my leg And they denied they did anything wrong I had three doctors look at it and write notes to the judge about the neglect this company gave me This was in and Im still waiting for my money I wish I didn't take them to small claims court, I could have sued them for so much more Who knows I still might!!!!!

Unprofessional and frightening experienceI arrived for my appointment at 12:and did not see the doctor until after 1:00, which was a shared customer experience that dayDuring my time in the waiting area, I witnessed a great deal of chaos that was created by the receptionist who appeared to be a family member and/or a co-ownerShe was speaking very loudly on the phone about a medical problem that her family was dealing with, which was alarmingAnother alarming aspect of the visit was that in three separate instances a staff member walked into the reception area and told individuals visiting the clinic what their bill would beNow, it is necessary to know what you're going to pay, but should that not be a private conversation? They refunded me the entire amount I paid due to the blatant scamming behavior of the business and are probably going to drop this clinic from ever using Groupon again.

I purchased KYBELLA TREATMENTS (FROM GROUPON FOR $AND REMAINING treatments for $each)Long story short, I decided not to continue the 3rd treatment as I was already content with results I had from only treatmentsI was in contact through email with Nader (manager) for about a week and told me he would credit the amount back but only refunded $I explained to him that I paid the 3rd treatment and basically told me they have a NO REFUND POLICYWTH? I explained to him at that time when I signed up for the treatments I specifically asked Sam (Financing personnel) that If I was content with results from only treatments, I would get my money back for the unused treatment which she CONFIRMEDI further asked Nader to provide me a copy of the document I SIGNED stating specifically the no refund policy clause but had ignored my completelyNo reply, no documents received, NOTHINGPoor business etiquette and appalling managementI felt like I was scammed

day in Bothell for our yearly inventory updateRegardless, it is stated in our policy that the customer will incur a $fee for missing their appointmentWe are willing to waive the $fee as a time courtesy given the circumstancesShe can call and book her appointment with us.

Sorry for the delay in responding as I just got your voice messageI never saw the email until nowMs*** purchased a groupon for Kybella injections with our physicianShe came to Aura Laser on 4/21/and had the procedure by our physicianWe are not sure what Ms *** is disputing here
She already received the service she paid for

Witnessed Aura kicking out two women for having a small chat about the ridiculously long waitI stepped in to say that's not right and they kicked me out tooThe three of us tried to confront them and asked why they kicked us out, walked in with our phone recording on and they called the police on us The police who showed up were very sympathetic towards us, told us they’ve been here multiple time for the exact same situations
None of us got to see the doctor but they claimed all of our Groupon vouchersWhen we asked for refund they lied they gave treatment to one of us

The customer already received both injections per our previous responseWe encourage her to contact us and explain her side to our physicianOur physician can and will corroborate the fact that she received the treatments she paid forAgain we are more than willing to meet with her and listen to her side and address her concernsPlease have her contact us at 425.825.7546.

I'm not sure as to why we're beating a dead horseAs was explained many times previously, the customer was refunded the unused portion of his service per the creditor (***We offered the customer $just to get him off our backs and not because we admit owing him any monies and unfortunately he declined the offerJust because the keeps rehashing this claim it does not justify his positionThe creditor agrees with our position yet the Revdex.com keeps harassing us with this claimJust because the customer is refusing to give up does not mean the claim is unresolved

I was asked to leave because I asked when could I see the doctor and if we could stick to our appointment timeI really had to be back for work and the clock was tickkngMy initial appointment was cancelled because the doctor had an "emergency"It's ok, that happens, I gladly rescheduledNow, in my new appointment, despite of having set an appointment time, they couldn't tell me when I would get to see the doctorI suggested that sometimes it's good to do appointments to stick to those so that customers can plan their dayReceptionist

Initially I purchased a laser COtreatment to be administered by a medical doctor, as I was assured over the phoneThey require a consultation beforehand, which I went toAfter meeting with who I thought was the medical doctor I had been promised would do my treatment, it was heavily recommended I do two treatments in order to get a better result with my acne scarringThis seemed reasonable, so I obliged since acne scarring can be difficult to treatIn further discussion, it became clear that the "doctor" was not an actual doctor, rather a nurseBecause of the apparently good price it was offered at, I decided to give it a try regardless and scheduled an appointmentNevertheless, having only had actual dermatology doctors perform this procedure in the past, I was skepticalA few days before my appointment was to take place I recieved notices via text message that a completely different, and unknown to me person was scheduled to do my ablative laser treatment insteadAlarmed, I called to inquire and after speaking to Katie at the front desk, she offered to reschedule with HERSELFAt this point, I chose to cancel outright, saying I was not ready to submit to the treatment as it was clear it was not known who I would actually see! Upon deciding it was unsafe and truly unwise to proceed, I asked for the promised refund and was given "Sam in customer service's email" who I sent a message toHave not heard backIn an effort to assure I recieve my 1,in prepurchased treatments refunded, I called Aura Laser Skincare back to see if I could get a direct phone number to Sam in customer serviceUnfortunately, no one answered after several calls, so I went to their office to request itAfter politely requesting a direct number, the woman at the front desk informed me that she could not give me a customer service number, and when I expressed concern that my money be refunded and insisted it be prompt, she threatened me by saying she would call the police to have me removed! The "doctor", whose office is directly (strategically I assume) located behind the front desk, came running out and started gesturing wildly to join him to discuss the matter in his office (defensive??)After pressing instead for a phone number so that I could speak directly with "customer service", the front desk woman dialed the police, saying that they needed to have a "unruly" customer removed! As she was speaking to the police dept, I restated my request, and to this she added tothe police that I was now "making threats"!! I'm hardly your hardened criminal and aggitator, being much likelier given to singing in the chiornevertheless, I was subjected to the questioning of no less than police officers, with whom I had a cordial conversation, and with whom I took the opportunity to inquire about filing a complaint against this business which appears to be scamming the unsuspecting publicUnfortunately, because there was no clear evidence if wrongdoing on their part at that moment, they were unable to file anything at that timeThe fake doctor (I overheard the front desk woman was referring to the "doctors" who were "on staff" to a client on the phonecouldnt believe my ears)As I stood waiting (yes, they DO make you wait a lot!) she was yelling at a customer over the phone and finally ripped her headset off and threw it on the desk, saying she was "done" with that customerthat is the setting into which I stepped to make my expected and reasonable request for a refund due to the downright scary and unprofessional circumstances under which Aura Laser skincare Kirkland operates! In the end, I was given information, given the runaround, denied a simple customer service number (I suspect its nonexistant), then treated like a hardened criminal and escorted out by the Kirkland police!! and told I was barred from their business, (unnecessarily so, since it's clear it's definately to be avoided!) I am currently disputing this expensive charge, and am hoping I won't be victimized as it appears so many others have too!! I am sure they will try to get me to change my review, as theyh have with others, and they will reply with inaccurate information, (as they have with others) but you can rest assured I am absolutely, positively correct in my complaint!! The "stars" to rate this business is not allowing starsor even starI will give it stars, instead of 0, just to get my comment to post- its currently not letting me do that
