This company, either intentionally, or with flawed bookkeeping, appears to withholding from me $for a watch I paid for and returned I would never do business with them againI will have to take the time and money to sue them, and find out if their action is careless, as I would prefer to believe, or fraudulent After other employees recognized that the money was owed, an individual gentleman who identified himself as Peter Grant has claimed otherwise, wo any explanation of the admissions by company agents If others have been the victim of this company, and of Mr Grant, I would appreciate knowing about it.***

Beware of ordering from Authentic Watches They sent me a defective watch and then blamed me for damaging it
If there is a problem with your order (and problems seem to happen often), they are very quick to blame the customer as an excuse to not address the problem
I got the watch I ordered, wound it, and put it on my wrist Literally minutes after it arrived at my place, I noticed it was running way fast Turns out it had a magnetized movement When I sent it in, Authentic Watches Customer Service said the problem was caused by me bumping the watch When I insisted this did not happen, they said I must have overwound it (not possible with the watch I got) The three reps I spoke to were extremely accusatory and refused to accept that the watch was not 100% problem free out of the box
Bottom line: they were clear that, since they inspect every watch they sell, the problem could not have been on their end They told me I was lucky the repair to my watch was covered by warranty They made it seem like they were doing me a favor Again, this "brand new" watch was defective out of the box
I did not appreciate being sent a defective watch, but I told them just to reimburse my shipping costs and that would be the end They refused I pressed the issue At first they offered me a discounted lifetime warranty (which is effectively worthless), but in the end they gave me a TINY discount on another watch I was planning on buying
I ended up coming out roughly $ahead, but mind you I had to spend another few thousand on another watch to do so
To reiterate, be very careful when ordering from Authentic Watches! I have two watches from them, and one of them came to me defective If you order from them and this happens to you (and in reading their reviews, this seems fairly common with them), they try to shift the blame to you instead of fixing the problem
I now think it's worth spending a bit more for the piece of mind knowing that you are not getting a defective watch

I purchased the Omega watch from this companyThe watch was never submerged to waterHowever after a short walk under the rain I noticed precipitation under the crystalWatch was performing perfectly fine despite this precipitationAfter sending the watch to The Authentic Watches I received the following reply: "Your watch has been received and forwarded to the service centerAfter a thorough examination by the technician, it has been determined that your watch has sustained moisture damage, which is not covered under our warrantyYour timepiece requires a complete movement maintenance service and new crown assemblyThe cost for the required service is $465." My watch has been checked at least once a year and that included the integrity of its "water resistance"Therefore, my understanding is that although "the damage" that they claimed they saw was not covered, the defect in the seal, the crown or whatever else that let the moisture in must be covered

I placed a order through below web
http://www.authenticwatches.com/tag-heuer-carrera-cv2a1r-ba0799.html#.WIAhW3rIYU... /> There are some pictures which are describe for productThe last picture shows that TAGHeuer instructions and guarantee cardI thought that identically they are providing the exactly same as pictures that is why I purchased
But, They provided the their warrant card which is not authorized by TAGHeuerI can't accept it
Currently I returned it and refund but the problem is that refund the price after deducting the delivery charge
Fist of all, they are providing the wrong information about product
If they are providing the their warrant card, they have to put in their warrant card on the web
It was not my fault to purchase it
I think I have to refund what I paid and return delivery fee as well
Please consider my issues

Flawless, highly professional service, and the best price out there Highly recommended

I purchased watches from Authenticwatches.com
One watch was purchased on July 12, for $order #and a second watch was purchased on July13, for $order #
As per the terms of sale any watch that is less than $5,can be returned within for a full refund The terms spell out in great detail that the only acceptable method of return is USPS registered and insured mail Fedex and UPS are not to be used
I mailed the watches exactly as instructed with USPS registered and insured mail on Friday 8/with an estimated delivery of 8/which was well with the day window
The only reason I did not send them Fedex which would have been far easier for me was because the terms said not to do so
The only reason I did not mail them USPS day delivery was because it was not available when purchased with the mail insurance
I checked the tracking number the week of 8/8/and saw that the delivery was delayed and would not be delivered by the exp

This client sent back his timepiece purchased in The timepiece had damage to the dial The client had prepaid for a refinishing service, which was completedThe returned assessment from the dealer stated the timepiece required a new dial, new hands, a new crown, and a
complete movement maintenance procedure The client opted to have the timepiece returned, and the timepiece was then recalled and returned to the clientThe client called to indicate that there were parts of his bracelet missing He also indicated there was damage done to the bezel (specifically, that the lumin dot was removed) along with other accusations of damage and theft levied upon us This timepiece was returned to the client in the exact condition in which it was received, with the exception of it having been polished (because he prepaid for the service.) Upon informing the client of this, he became belligerent, demanding to know "what we will do for him" Our representative transferred his call to me, *** GrantUpon initially getting on the phone with him, the client stated his grievance; and as a continuing part of a fluid conversation between people, I said "ok" to indicate I had understood what was just saidHe became belligerent immediately, and responded to my "OK" with "We;ll, it doesn't look like you're going to help me BECAUSE YOU'RE INTERRUPTING ME!!!!" I apologized and allowed him to explain his situation for several minutesHe accuses AuthenticWatches of having stolen parts of his damaged watch, and of damaging his watchHe then asked "What are you going to do for me?"
Upon reiterating that the timepiece was indeed returned in the same condition in which it was received (with the exception of the prepaid polishing), he demanded to speak to my superiorI informed him I'm the General ManagerThis was responded to with: "It's clear you don't give two s*s about me, and I'm gonna let everyone know what you did!"
The timepiece returned to us was damagedThis was evident from the time markers inside the timepiece missingIn addition, the timepiece had extensive physical damage Damages are not covered under warranty as outlined in our policies and procedures, available for all to see on our website:

In this complaint, the client has asserted that we advertise to be an authorized dealerIn fact, we clearly articulate that we are notHere is what we state, verbatim, in our Authenticity Guarantee posted online:
"We are not, nor are we affiliated with authorized dealers of any of the timepiece manufacturers advertised."
Here is a link to our Authenticity Guarantee:

We have no intent to "steal" any parts of any timepieces, nor have we ever done so, under any circumstances, since the founding of our businessWe have not, starting with this individual's timepiece, decided to become criminals and steal partsFurthermore, had we hypothetically opted to decide to engage in theft, we would like to outline that old, discontinued, used, damaged parts are, in particular, not of any value whatsoever; making this alleged plot the client feels we have perpetrated to have zero fiduciary benefit whatsoeverThis client contacted us to accuse us of stealing what amounts to zero dollars worth of old, damaged, discontinued partsThis accusation is simply not true, and is not something we can take action onWe are sorry the client perceives that there has been any nefarious action on our part, however, we have merely returned the timepiece to the client in the same condition in which it was received, and are not able to take any action based on this client's claims

Well I should have read the Revdex.com reviews of this place before I purchased my time pieceI ordered a $watch from here because they were advertising an extended return policy for the holidaysThis made me feel better about my purchase...until I tried to return the watch I didn’t like the watch once I received it so I called back to start the return policyAt this point I was told they were charging a 10% restocking fee When I asked why, they told me it was because I split my payment into two transactions!?!?! So I asked if I would have used one form of payment, would I be charged a restocking fee, to which they said noSo they are charging me $to return this watch only because I spilt my paymentHow does paying with different forms of payment cause a restocking fee vs one form of payment? I asked for a supervisor and got Peter who said he was the general managerWhen I asked how this made sense he immediately cut me off and said, “nothing you can say will get me to c

I purchased a Tag Heuer watch from Authenticwatches.com in March Within weeks of purchasing the watch the movement brokeI sent it back to AW asking for a refund, but was refused and a repaired watch was sent backIn January the movement broke againI sent the watch in for repairIn early June I contacted AW for a status update on the watch repair and was told to call back in weeksI called back in late June and was told nothing was done with the watch because a $return shipping fee had not been paid which was in direct conflict with the previously communicated statement that an update on the repair would be provided in weeksAW sold me a defective watch and refuses to repair it without the payment of additional money

On Oct 13, 2014, I purchased a Baume & Mercier Hampton automatic watch from AuthenticWatches.com ("AW") for $I also purchased an extended warranty for $The watch did not keep time when received, and I returned the watch to AW for repair in early Dec'- which cost $It took several weeks to get the watch backIt still did not work well, and I returned it again in Mar'- again sending a check for $AW took till May 8th to respond that the watch needed to be serviced at a cost of $I do not believe I was sold a merchantable watchThe watch's purpose is to keep accurate time, which it has never doneWatches like this do require service, but typically every years per the manufacturers specificationsI refused to pay the service fee - AW already failed to provide me with a functioning watch on two occasions and I did not want to throw good money after badI instructed to AW to provide me with a functioning watch, or a refund including com

I bought a watch from themi used it on the first day and found out that the watch is running an hour sloweri gave it the benefit of the doubt: I did not fully wound the watchSo I wound it again and made sure it is fully woundedIt still runs an hour slower the second dayi called themthey said they do not accept return even though the watch is broken upon on arrival

I purchased a watch on the website but didn't notice that the item was not in stockA few days later after I wired the money to the seller, I noticed that they don't have the item and I have to wait up to months to get the item
I called customer service to cancel the order but was told that it was a special order so I have to pay a 10% cancellation feeHowever, neither the no-in-stock status nor the 10% cancellation fee is mentioned in the check out pageThe customer service told me that the 10% cancellation fee is hidden in their store policy when I check the buyer agreement upon checkoutI went back to the checkout page and there is a tiny link on store policyAfter clicking on the link, I had to go through a large number of detailed rules for almost an hour to finally identify the policy on the 10% cancellation fee
The seller is not honest when they are aware of the cancellation fee but not explicitly listing them on the checkout pageInstead, they hide the policy u

I purchased my Tag Heuer Aquaracer in May In September 2016, I sent the watch back for repair because it was not holding power and not keeping timeI did not recieve the watch back until November With no explanation except that my watch was serviced and repairedTwo months to repair and return a watch is unacceptable for a company that states it is customer satisfaction driven
In June 2018, I had to return the watch again for repairThis time there was moisture inside the watchIn July 2018, I recieved an email from authentic watches stating that the watch needs a complete overhaul due to water infiltration costing $I cannot believe I paid $for a watch and it had to be sent back for returns twice in years and now I am being told I need to pay $to have it repairedI have already been inconvenienced by these problems and without the watch for a total of months for repair issuesI did not pay all this money for a watch to have this quality of perform

I just received my new Breitling watch from Authentic Watches and couldn't be more pleased I own other Breitlings, several Rolex's, Omega's, Frederique Constant's and many others so I'm not new to the nice watch market I found that most of the complaints I read in the negative section were people that either had buyer remorse or never owned a nice mechanical movement watch They need service just like a car and these buyers want to blame AW when the warranty doesn't cover tune ups Warranty's are for defects and not maintenance
I was very happy with my transaction, very good price, overnight shipping and great communicationSince I understand about high end watches, what they cost and the up keep it takes to own one, I'm very pleased with the service I received and product that I boughtThey were very friendly and did everything they said
Thanks again AW, I'll be back

I was really afraid to buy online but I'm really glad I called them before writing them offThey explained everything, how it works, and made me really comfortableI ordered a Tag Link watch that's $in the store and only $at this websiteI mean, I would NEVER have been able to get this at full price and would have to get the one without the diamondsBut they saved me $so I now have this watch I've wanted for a LONG timeI took it to a local store to get some links taken out and they confirmed it's genuineLove my new Tag Heuer watch and I'm telling my friends about this website

We are unable to ship an item which no longer exists.  We have offered the client alternative models which the client refused. The client has not been charged, and the order has been cancelled. The client repeatedly asserts that we have to ship him the watch. The watch does not exist; it is not obtainable. The client repeatedly asserts we have to ship him the watch in accordance with our "contractual obligations", even after we have repeatedly pointed out that he agreed to policies which clearly articulate that an order can be cancelled at our discretion.
This order has been cancelled, and the client has not been charged any sum of money. This case is now closed.

To whom it may concern,
I am not a consumer to purchase products on line, or by phone. Especially
any high ticket items, however my experience on Friday when calling to inquire about the Tag Heuer watches was most amazing. Lena assisted me with my order, was not at all about making a sale, her priority was to make sure all my concerns and questions were answered. Best Customer Service (she tops Nordstrom's employees by far). I made my purchase during the phone call, when she and Amber followed up within a couple of hours, she took the time again to make a change to my order (I went with my 1st choice). I will most definitely be a client for life and will share my experience with family and friends.

Greetings from the Great Britain!
I just wanted to say what a fantastic customer experience I have received from the staff at Authentic Watches. Ordered over the weekend and I had my brand new Tag H. via Fedex 4 days later.
I wish I had this level of customer service from all the vendors I deal with! I will be buying from them again in the near future, and have already recommended them to a few colleagues.

The client has not read our reply.
The client asserts "I have offered to provide the company with my FedEx and UPS account so they can send another check and it can be tracked however they have denied this for what reason I do not know."
Our previous response: "We cannot use the client's FedEx account to issue a refund check because we do not actually write checks. We order the bank to issue a check, and the check is mailed directly from the bank."

The client has again asserted that we are not doing anything to address her concerns, however, as stated in our previous reply:
"As the client is still asserting that she has not received the check, we are in the process of issuing a stop payment on the check, which can take approximately 5 business days. Thereafter, once the stop payment is confirmed, we will have the bank process a new check to be mailed to this client."
Thank you.

This review for TopCashback and AuthenticWatches.com. I bought a watch from AuthenticWatches.com for $4.5K and in part the decision was based on 2% cash back offer from TopCashback. After 3 month waiting got a response from TopCashback that cash back is denied because "Returned or cancelled order.". After providing to TopCashback order number, shipment and payment confirmation a month later they came back with new response from AuthenticWatches.com - "another marketing channel.". Now 6 month after the purchase I can’t return and dealing with TopCashback looks like going to nowhere so I just have to let it go. What is most disappointing is that they are making it look like I am dishonest person when it seems that one or both of the companies doing bad business. So I decided to post 10 reviews for each of them.
