I bought a $5,Rolex watch from Authentic Watches.com (AW) The watch was delivered with a small blemish on the underside edge of the case, an owner’s manual in a foreign language, and a warranty card for years instead of the advertised The blemish is small but this is a very expensive watch and it should have only been shipped in perfect condition
Immediately after delivery, my wife called AW about the owner’s manual and was told that, even though AW sent the wrong manual (admitting it was their fault), they would not send us an English version until they received the foreign language version back at their headquarters The day after delivery, I emailed AW about the blemish and the incorrect warranty card AW called me at work and told me to take photos of the blemish I told AW I did not own a camera but I would see what I could do They called me again at work a couple of hours later to tell me they needed the photos right away After I arrived at home, I took some

Great companyThey were very helpful and friendly, saved me a lot of money, and I got my watch the very next dayCouldn't be happier!

I ordered a Montblanc watch from them and it arrived the very next dayThe watch came brand new and is GORGEOUSI took it to my jeweler to have it sized and he confirmed it was the real dealI ended up saving over $I highly recommend this companyThank you!

I wanted a special gift for my husband’s retirement and I decided on a watch
I did a lot of research and came across Authentic Watches onlineIt seemed the best price after checking with other companies I had significant concerns about placing an order for such an expensive item from overseasI need not have worried, placing the order was easy and the staff kept me informed exactly where my watch was every step of the way
It arrived today and it’s beautiful, it came in lovely packaging and my husband is thrilled with it Thank you for making it so easy I would recommend Authentic watches without hesitation

All items we carry now, and at all times throughout our history, are indeed 100% authenticWe would like to address a few points:
The order referenced in this complaint is from The timepiece we sold her was sold over years ago, and was indeed 100%
authentic.
We provide our own warranty and certificates of authenticity as stated in our policies
We sell watches at very deeply discounted prices and it is almost a certainty that no Omega dealer will ever "confirm" a watch to be purchased online as authenticOmega is well aware that the watch is authentic, which is why they are not telling her the timepiece is "not authentic"The verbiage they utilize is "cannot confirm the authenticity." Omega knows that the watch is 100% authentic, however will not confirm the authenticity to the client, as the client purchased the item online Had the timepiece not been authentic, they manufacturer will simply state "This watch is not authentic" in no uncertain termsThe client has an authentic watch
We are not responsible for resale value that the client may feel that she may have potentially lostHad the client purchased this at full retail from an authorized dealer, the differential of how much she saved having purchased from us, versus the minute amount she feels she may lose during resale over years later, based on her inability to obtain a manufacturer appraisal, is inaccurate by an exponential amount
We are unable to issue a refund to the clientIndividuals are not allowed to purchase a timepiece, wear it for 7+ years, then ask for a refund because they feel they may not get full resale valueWe apologize for any inconvenience caused to the client

Their warranty policies are not honorable They kept my watch over days to be told not covered repair and want to charge me dollars Never told nog covered when I shopped it to them Explained that crown cane off and they assigned me rma number Not fair practices

I have never purchased any high ticket item online. I was concerned that the watch would be authentic, new, in box, and be all that it was portrayed to be etcI was also concerned if there be a representative available if I called or emailedSince it was a special gift I was also concerned about being able to returnSo I called them a few times
Each time the phone was picked up immediately! No roboserver or voicemailI was immediately relieved, and pleasantly surprisedI was very pleased with the professionalism of their service associate, she was awesomeI seemed to reach the same individual each time I phonedShe was patient, kind and helped me through the transaction- along with assuring me every step of the wayI
Was thankful that they were very knowledgeable and were able to explain the process.I wanted to also mention how satisfied I was with the shipping, delivery, packaging and last but certainly not least the beautiful Panerai Luminor PAMMy husband was absolutely thrilled, and I was happy with the purchase price
Overall,  I am very happy to recommend Authentic Watches to anyone looking for an exquisite, high ticket, fine quality watch piece without paying the retail price

The client ordered a special order item with an estimated lead time of weeks postedShe then changed to an in stock itemAll of this is fine, which is why she was not charged a restocking fee on the first item she purchasedTechnically speaking, once a special order item is placed, there is a 10% fee for the return or cancellation of said itemWe waived this, and did not charge a fee on the first item she is referencing, which was below $
However, this same client purchased another timepiece afterwards (purchased under a different name)The second timepiece purchased was over $Our policies clearly indicate that the "No Restocking Fee" only applies to items below $Here is a link to the policies:
http://www.authenticwatches.com/info.html#
Here is the applicable excerpt, verbatim:
"All domestic purchases on watches showing as "In Stock" under $paid fully by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover will receive a full refund minus shipping fees (calculated on www.fedex.com); or a full value one time exchange for a similarly priced item plus shipping feesA 10% restocking fee will apply on all other orders, minimum $50."
We are sorry, however we are unable to waive the restocking fee on any item over $We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the client

This client shipped us their timepiece for service, citing moisture infiltrationMoisture infiltration is not covered under warranty as outlined in our warranty policies and procedures posted online:
http://www.authenticwatches.com/authenticwatches-warranty.html
The applicable text,
verbatim:"Damages caused to a timepiece arising from water or moisture are not covered under the warranty."
This is also outlined on they physical warranty card that came with the timepieceThe client claims in the complaint that the timepiece has never been near moistureThe laws of physics do not permit water to spontaneously appear inside a watchThe timepiece mechanism does not have the means to manufacture waterThe only way water entered the timepiece is from an exterior exposure to such moistureAs cited in the foregoing, moisture damage is not covered under warranty.
If the client would like to proceed with service, payment must be submitted in order for us to approve said serviceIf the client wishes not to remit payment, we can recall the timepiece and return to the client with no services rendered.
Thank you

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:
Obviously authenticwatches.com is desperate and has once again made further statements
First, I do know that they told me it takes days to in process an itemHowever that does not dismiss their original claim that I refused to send the watch to them
Below is a text copy from the email correspondence from authenticwatches where I explained that the watch was sent and they acknowledged (note the date)

Not surprising given the record so far authenticwatches is once again trying to avoid the truth but as you can read in the correspondence above they knew full well several days before they made the statement that I refused to send the watch to them, that I had in fact sent the watchJust another example of the lack of integrity this company has
Next I have a call log showing that I called authentic watches exactly twiceOnce to ask about how to return it and a second time to lodge my complaintThe log is kept both locally on my phone and available from Verizonwireless.com so to make the claim that I’ve called and called is again and nothing more than a feeble attempt to make me look like I am wrong
Next authenticwatches.com states that I haven’t taken the watch to anyone in personAgain a statementThey have exactly no idea who I have or haven’t taken the watch toI did take it to a former Omega dealer who questioned the authenticity but because of the situation advised that I not have them open the case so I did notBut also, Omega maintains a database of watches distributed for sale in the US (see my previous entry) and the watch that I was sold does not show up in that list nor does it show up in the European data setSo the serial number is in fact actually how the watch is authenticated (by all means check with Omega to confirm if you’d like to)
But one should ask the question “Why would Omega lie about such a thing?” The answer is they wouldn’t. Authenticwatches on the other hand has a number of claims similar to mine (a quick search of the Revdex.com database and the internet will show Im not alone in my claims) and has every reason to lie about such a thing in order to try to protect themselves from being proven guilty
Interestingly authenticwatches is also now further destroying their credibility by claiming that the watch was damaged significantlyWhat a curious coincidence that the watch was originally sent back for a problem with the same mechanism that they admit is likely the malfunctioning part but this time they are saying that I damaged the watch in exactly the right way to damage that very same mechanismAnd that “The impact was strong enough to indent solid steel” but none of the rest of the watch was damagedSeems physically impossible without the use of an instrument Furthermore, they tried to make a similar damage claim the first time I sent it back, saying that it was gouged and deeply scratched (remember it hadn’t ever been worn) which ultimately was also proven falseThe truth is because I previously believed that the watch was authentic, it was treated with great care, even locked in a safe when I wasn’t wearing itNever the less, the area they are claiming is damaged is in the solid lug of the body not near the mechanism
Luckily because of my previous experience with them, before I sent the watch back this time I took photographs of it showing that there is NO DAMAGEOnly a few small scratches to the latch on the band which I describe in my email to authentic watchesI also took photos of the watch as it was packed in the box to be returned to show that it was properly packagedSome of these photos were attached to the emails referenced above
It is possible, even likely, that IF there is now damage to it, they have intentionally damaged it (in some area other than the one they show in the picture that could actually cause the malfunction) in a desperate attempt to distract from the truth and avoid being formally exposed Clearly they didn’t count on me photographing it before I sent it then emailing the photos so they would have a time/date stamp that could be verified
And none of this addresses the fact that they continue to insist that the watch is authentic and that they are an authorized Omega dealer and that they buy from an authorized supplier yet Omega is on record as not recognizing them as an authorized dealer and furthermore they (authenticwatches) continues to refuse to disclose who it is that they buy from or have the watches serviced by. Naming either of these would not be a problem if the watch was legit and if they were using an Omega authorized service centerIt doesn’t take a lot of thought to come to the realization that they have something to hide
I have no delusions that authenticwatches will ever admit to the dishonest, fraudulent and illegal activity they are involved in Also given the experience I’ve had so far and reading the experience of others like me, Im also very skeptical that I will ever see my watch again so it is easy for them to claim that I am welcome to send it to Omega for validationNaturally I hope Im wrong but I will go on record as saying that I fully expect them to make every excuse to avoid returning it to me
Regardless of whether or not I get my watch or my money back this business needs to be exposed for what they are so that no one else is scammed

Very easy to buy from AuthenticWatches
Fast handlingVery nice staff
The Watch was accurate what I expect
I am very saticfied with AuthenticWatches
I really can recommend them

I just wanted to express my opinion on The company, Authentic WatchesI have purchased two separate high-end time pieces from this companyI have experienced great customer service knowledgeable people who will go ask a question if they’re not sure of an answer and the pricing is phenomenal I will more than likely make another purchase within a year or two Thank youBartlett Harper Minneapolis Minnesota

Like so many, I had genuine concerns buying a luxury watch onlineBut, my deligent research found the folks at Authenticwatches.comI discovered they’re an independently verified, well-respected business with decades-long experienceRelying on their generous return policy, I felt at ease making the big-ticket, first-time purchase over the internet
So, my Omega Seamaster arrived next day with FREE overnight shippingThe beautifully crafted Omega box, manufacturer’s tags, red pictogram card with holographic seal and other papers all looked legitNext, I examined the shiny time piece for signs of authenticity going by smart YouTube videos(Note: Since Summer 2015, New Omega watches no longer ship with the distinctive red dot underneath the edge on the engraved back, which used to signify an unopened factory seal.) Finally, since the price was so handsomely discounted, I paid to have an Omega store in Atlanta, GA verify the watch’s authenticityThis store wouldn’t have even touched the watch without its serial number (“Watch No.”) first passing their extranet lookup systemEverything checked outThe watch proved to be brand-spanking NEWThe Retailer looked baffled and intimidated after I disclosed the priceI’ll even receive Omega's own Authenticity certificate and other pertinent "extraction" info on this watch in the coming weeks
Authenticwatches.com will now be my trusted luxury watch seller for lifeThey passed the rigors of this buyer's scrutinyThey offered far-below retail pricing, free overnight shipping, a terrific return policy, and a satisfaction guaranteeFrom one who thoroughly vetted both this company and the luxury watch they sold me, buy from them and feel safe knowing they keep their promisesThey ARE who they say they are

Buyer Beware: Special Order Items
I visited the authenticwatches.com website to look for a particular watch and it was out of stock I asked them to alert me when one came in I received an email from Customer Service suggesting I order and pay for it and it would be ordered for me Could take up months but that was not an issue Once I placed the order, I received an email back stating my order was being processed and also “The item you have ordered is a special-order item that usually ships within monthsOn the evening of shipment, you will be emailed an invoice that
includes your FedEx tracking number.” Again, not an issue
days later I decided against the watch and tried to cancel the order I was told that the watch was “ordered” already and I could cancel but I would have to forfeit a 10% fee When I questioned why, I was told “Once a special order is placed, we place the order on your behalf and cannot cancel on our endWe can cancel the order for you if you wish, however, we assess a 10% cancellation fee on any special orders.” They can’t cancel but if I give up 10%, they can cancel? Very odd since they don’t have the watch yet and could not tell me when it would come in No shipping date at all When I kept asking questions, the next response was “Your special order was processed within a dayWe do not receive ship dates from our dealers, however, we do have contracts with our dealers, in which is stipulated that we cannot
cancel a special order once placed.”
I find this hard to believe Usually a request to multiple dealers is placed until someone satisfies the order If the watch came in, then I get it Not sure why they just can’t cancel the request When I asked about their policy, I was sent this link https://www.authenticwatches.com/authenticwatches-return-policy.html The 2nd paragraph, in the middle it states “All special orders cancelled either within the original time frame advertised on our website at the time of purchase or after we have obtained shipping confirmation from our source will incur a 10% cancellation feeAll cancelled orders in which the item has been reserved for the customer will incur a 10% cancellation feeSpecial Order items cannot be returned for refund or exchange (including but not limited to any watch which we do not have in stock at the time the order is placed)”I think this should have been told to me in the same email where it told me that the watch could take months Or I should have been told when the Customer Service suggested to me that I order the watch
This is a family business and I am sure very nice people but these limiting polices should be told up front after ordering an expensive item Also, maybe if the website Policy page broke it in a more readable format, these issues wouldn’t arise

I purchased a Rolex from authentic watches back in I purchased one that was labeled as "new factory fresh." When I received my Rolex everything was perfectThe Rolex had all the protective stickers intact just like how you would get it if you bought it from a Rolex ADThat is not the case anymoreI recently bought a Rolex hulk 116610LV from AW, and when I received it, it had no protective stickers or anything to show you that is was newI called AW and they told me that the Rolex AD sent it to them that way, but the watch is newThey could not really explain why my first Rolex I ordered from them back in had protective sticks and this one didn'tI took the watch to my local Rolex AD, And they told me the watch had been polished and they also showed me where there were some faint scratches on the bezel and back and sides of the casingI also told the AD about how I received the watch with no protective stickersAD told me it is because the watch was either used or it

I purchased a Tag Heuer Carrera watch on July 8, from Authenticwatches.com for the purchase price of $ Authenticwatches.com shipped the watch overnight and I received it the next day Authenticwatches.com advertised the watch on their website as having a year limited warranty, however, Authenticwatches.com shipped a warranty card that describes the warranty as a time period lasting for the duration of my ownership, they will repair the watch free of charge, covering the movement of the timepiece
In April of 2016, the watch started losing time, approximately minutes per day I contacted Authenticwatches.com to arrange for service and they stated it would be covered under warranty and provided instructions and a RMA number of for shipping the watch back to them They also requested, and I included, a money order in the amount of $for return shipping back to me USPS tracking shows they received the watch on April 1,
On July 22, Authenticwa

This client purchased a Breitling Bentley timepiece via AmazonThe timepiece was shipped in brand new condition, with a "NOT RETURNABLE IF REMOVED" tag attachedWhen the item arrived, it was evident that the client removed the tag, and tried to piece it back onFurther, and far more importantly,
the client wore this watch for at least a few daysThe watch has several scratches all over the bracelet and buckle, consistent with wearWe cannot issue a full refund when a client returns a used watch

This client purchased a special order timepieceThe lead time is clearly posted as "Usually Ships Within Months" in red lettering immediately above the priceIn addition, the same text "Usually Ships Within Months" is written at the top of the item description in black and
white. The lead time for the item is clearly and conspicuously posted multiple times, in multiple locations.
The client has also stated that we do not post that there would be a 10% cancellation fee, then clarifying that we have "hidden" itOur system does not allow for checkout on our website until our policies have been read and agreed toThis client agreed to our policies on 10/27/and we have his electronic agreement and IP address on recordAll companies have policies, and no company can possibly list all of their policies on every page of the websiteAs with every other online company, we have a link to our policies for all to reviewThe return policy that the client is referencing is in bold on the top of every single page of our websiteIn that return policy, it does indeed state that we assess a 10% cancellation fee for cancelled special ordersThis is not done arbitrarilyIn a business where are markup is only about 5-10%, and special order items are typically 25% more than in stock item, we lose a substantial amount of money on cancelled special ordersOnce we place the orders with our vendors, we cannot cancel them Therefore, we now have to list the item at a price that is not competitive (as it was listed at a special order price, far higher than in stock prices)We apologize, however, we will not be able to issue any further refunds as outlined in our policies

I long time searched the internet store for authentic hours, which offers goods at reasonable prices
In this shop, I was satisfied with everything: the actual quality of product, price and delivery time
Thank you very much for your good work
