This client has asserted that his watch was faulty immediatelyHowever, he did not make a complaint until over years after purchaseAt that time, he sent the timepiece in, and was emailed and estimate for the cost of service, as his timepiece required a movement maintenance serviceHe did not
reply to the estimateMonths later, he was sent a "final notice" estimate, to which he replied indicating that he would like the item returned with no services renderedAccordingly, his item has been recalled from the authorized dealer and will be returned to him in the same condition in which it was receivedWe cannot accept the claim that the item did not work from the start, as common logic would dictate that an individual would report such an anomaly at the time the item failed, especially on a new watch That he did not call in any complaint for over two years after the time he purports the watch failed, we cannot consider the claim that it didn't work from the beginning to be valid

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because this item is still being advertised as available on your site.
The offers to provide alternative items after written confirmation of my order and charging my credit card were for much more expensive itemsI had no interest in your extended warranty as proposedIt is clear this item was advertised and is currently advertised as a marketing method to attract buyers to the site in order to offer alternative items as a replacement.
The use of the term "the item was discontinued" is misleading when the item in question was a discounted watch from the vendor's display

My wife bought me a Breitling watch for my birthday from AuthenticWatches.comThe watch she ordered and the what we got are not even close in colorShe specifically bought this watch because green is my favorite color but what we got is not even close in color to what she orderedI sent pictures but all Authentic Watches will say is that "the watch you got is forest green and it's the same as pictured on our website"I questioned them on the website picture not matching the product and they said "that's the manufacturer picture were not allowed to change it" so I guess Breitling is the one responsible for misrepresenting the watch
I would have even considered keeping the watch if they admitted the error / accepted responsibility or offered an additional discount but we got nothing besides"the watch is green and you just have to look at it in the sunlight"
Sadly I am sending it back and they want me to pay for the original shipping as well as my cost to ship and insure the

Absolutely wonderful experience I called Neal at Authentic Watches on 8/25/around noon.....By am on 8/I was wearing my new customized watch! They are located in California and I am in Michigan! Excellent customer service and wonderful products I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to save money on top quality luxury watches

This is the worst company to do business withThey sent me a watch that worked for a single use and then the watch stopped working (The second hand does not move when you put the watch on and it is supposed to be a self starting watch)Not only was the customer service beyond rude when I called, they would not pay for my return shipping for a watch that NEVER WORKED AFTER THE FIRST USEThis website is a scamFor someone who buys watched consistently this is by far the worst experience I have ever had for such an expensive purchaseBuy from the manufacture no matter how much of a discount this site providesWorst consumer experience for high end luxury goods

I own a (approximately $10,000.00) Breitling Bentley watch that I received as a gift from my son less than two years agoI noticed some moisture under the crystal recently for no apparent reason as the watch has not been dropped or submerged under water other than a showerI contacted Authentic Watches and was notified that the watch was out of warranty and they would look at it and determine the extent of the damageAt the time of submission, I also paid $for the technician to completely clean the watch during the "inspection." Today I received the following from the company: "Your watch has been received and forwarded to the service centerAfter a thorough examination by the technician, it has been determined that your watch has moisture damage, which is not covered under warrantyThe timepiece requires a complete movement overhaul, new crown, new dial, and new handsThe cost for the required service is $1,+ CA sales tax (7.25% in Ventura County) for a total of $1,

This client purchased a Breitling watch and returned it for serviceThe client was indeed accidentally sent an email indicating that his money order had bouncedCoincidentally, another client from the UK had a money order bounce on the same day, and the accounting department
sent this client an email accidentallyThis did not cause any delaysThe client's timepiece was damagedThe crown was strippedThis model of Breitling does not have a separate case tube, and it's simply integrated with the caseAccording to Breitling, the timepiece required a new "middle case"The client did indeed call to voice his concerns, and he received a $discount off the cost of serviceHe complains that he fears he may never received his watch back, however, acknowledges he has received it within the same paragraphThis was indeed delayedThe holidays, including Thanksgiving, do indeed slow things down somewhatThis is entirely beyond out controlWe would like to make clear that we do not service the timepieces; this client's timepiece was serviced by BreitlingWe provide estimated lead times based on our experience, however, it is the manufacturer, nor Authentic Watches, which services the timepiece We ship the item once it is returned by BreitlingWe cannot ship the item before it gets returned to us by the manufacturerWe are not able to "compensate" the client for his "inconvenience" beyond the $we have already paid out of pocket simply for customer satisfaction purposes; due to delays completely beyond our control

Great watch, wonderful service, fast delivery and totally legitAppraised way higher then I paid!! Look me up on LinkedIn if you question thisI will only buy a watch here moving forwardDerek wilcox

I purchased a Tag Heuer watch from Authentic Watches in July All Tag watches come with a two year warranty as standardAuthentic Watches offered me an additional warranty which I declinedHowever the watch has a manufacturing fault (one of the rose gold numerals has fallen off the face)so I approached Tag and was told they needed the warranty cardAuthentic Watches refuse to give me this as they say I must send it from the UK to the States for them to send it on to TagThis will cost me for return delivery, insurance and taxAs far as I am concerned no manufacturers fault should mean a customer has to incur costs in having it resolvedAuthentic Watches have been extremely rude to me by email and seem to think that it is perfectly acceptable that it should cost me in excess of GBP to have the goods that I purchased put back to working order whilst within the warranty period
The laws that they keep throwing at me state quite clearly that they can only be applied if 'r

The best

The client had initially claimed we had the timepiece since January, and now claims he did indeed send it in MarchWe do indeed acknowledge that there are delays, and apologize for any inconvenienceWe anticipate completion within 1-weeks, and will ship the item to the client via FedEx as soon as it has arrived back from the dealerWe apologize again for any inconvenience caused by the delay

I long time searched the internet store for authentic hours, which offers goods at reasonable prices
In this shop, I was satisfied with everything: the actual quality of product, price and delivery time
Thank you very much for your good work

Received warranty on timepiece purchased through Authentic Watches and is not being honored

I ordered an Oris Aquis Date Divers watch and it was delivered in excellent condition by Fedex within week in The Netherlands! The watch is a 100% authentic masterpiece, the price is very good and the contacts with the sales staff were also very goodQuick replies on all my questionsif I am in the market for another high quality watch I will surely buy it at AuthenticWatches

This is absolutely outrageous: paid over $4k for a Breitling; watch stopped working a few months later WHILE I WAS FLYING, sent it to AW for repairs, they had the watch for over months, sent it back to me with the exact SAME ISSUE, I yet again sent it to them for repairs, they have had now had it for over a month, ZERO COMMUNICATIONSHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING!!! Notice the trend here on Revdex.com with this company? No one is happy with the warranty system

This is my 3rd Tag Heuer I have bought from AuthenticWatches in the last yearsGreat pricing kept me coming back My issue is with serviceHopefully you never have to have your watch serviced by this company, because all customer service is forgotten, especially by the manager Peter
It started a year agomonths removed from my year warrantyMy 5,Tag stopped ticking I sent it inAfter months of service and 800.00, it was sent back to meOn my ride home from Fedex, I put the watch on and everything seemed right hours later I left for vacationAfter driving hours , we arrived at the condo and I noticed condensation under the glass Terrible problem right I send it back to Tag, which at this time the rust was beginning to show inside the watch (i have the clear back to see the guts of the watch)
Peter and his dept deny it was serviced incorrectly and said that I must have had the crown unscrewed and allowed water inIn fact he said this watch was not water resistant at all I contested this statement, their website said it was rated for 100m and I have owned Tags and no better to get them wet without having everything closedIt was ludacrisAfter arguing, and I mean arguing with ***, they agree to overhaul the time piece at their expense
End of story right?
months later the watch stops working again I call Authenticwatches and let them know, and give me an RMAMy last ditch effort before losing my watch for months, I try to unscrew the crown and it snaps off I called AW and let them know now I have a new problemI send it back, it goes to their "Unautorized" Tag repair person ( I found out after the fact via Tag)They send me an invoice for Several arguments, and I mean arguments because *** talks down to you and has no customer service skills at all as you can see in numerous other complaints, I demand th swatch to be returned
I have the watch looked at locally by an Authroized Tag dealer, and they state the crown broke and was jammed up because of rut build upGo figure the rust came back inside of a sealed watch
Small Claims Suit...Check
AuthenticWatches, bad customer service...Check
and by the way, *** finally admitted the divers watch was water resistant, but that didnt change the stance on the rust build up

This client was indeed shipped a brand new timepieceHowever, by the time it was received back from the client, the timepiece was in very worn conditionHere is, verbatim, the exact description of the condition from the manufacturer:
"Bracelet Scratched Bezel Scratched Case Back Scratched Crystal Scratched Dents "
Although we are never provided details as to "why" the timepiece may require a movement maintenance (overhaul), the fact that the timepiece had "dents" typically means that impacts have caused problems which need to be rectifiedThe client has cited that he found that the cost should be far lowerThe client is referencing the cost of a "basic service", whereas his timepiece requires a complete movement maintenance service (overhaul)The client's timepiece will be returned with no intervention within one weekThank you

I purchased my husband a Britlin watch for our anniversary It is absolutely beautiful he was so surprisedIt was delivered in hours!! I will definitely shop at Authentic Watches again!??

Authenticwatches.com IS MISLEADING CUSTOMERS
I purchased a Longines Master chronograph watch in April of (in part based on their bogus Revdex.com A+ rating)Although I had never purchased from them prior, I was convinced by their warranty program covering the watch for years from purchase, covering the "movement of this timepiece free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under use" (It goes on to say it does not cover improperly used or damaged pieces, etc.)
In December of (months after purchase), the watch simply stopped working I called Authenticwatches.com to see about repair, and was informed--by the terms of their warranty--I needed to return to them, at which point they would send to the Longines repair shop, which would take 4-weeks
On January 21, 2016, I sent the watch certified mail to Authenticwatches.com--which they received on January 29th After several weeks, I called them only to be informed they wo

This client purchased a Breitling Bentley Flying B in September of Within months, the client had an issue with the timepiece and he returned it for serviceThe issue was that he somehow got the movement magnetized, and we had it serviced free of charge and returned.
Over a
year and a half later, the client returned the timepiece again for servicingUpon assessment, it was determined that the timepiece requires a maintenance service to rectify the issueThe reason for this is that the client changed the time in reverse, which you cannot do on a Flying B with a time aperture, as indicated in the instructionsThis is not covered under warranty, and the client refused to remit payment for service. In short, this was damaged by the clientOur policies clearly articulate that this is not covered under warrantyThe client has indicated he will not remit payment, and the timepiece has been recalled from the manufacturerOnce the timepiece arrives, it will be returned to him with no intervention.
Thank you
