[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: On 1/22/I did receive a check for $in overdraft fees Since my mail runs late here in Monroe Charter Township all banking has to take place the next day I was forced to use the emergency code as I had a consultation with my neurosurgeon for upcoming surgery on the 5th of Feb I deposited the check into my checking account but at this time there is a late fee of $added to my weekly payment which is $ When I call Auto Trakk to make my payment I also asked after the payment was made to please delete my card from their file I was reassured that payment was confirmed with me receiving my weekly code and that my DFCU Debit Check Card was deleted from their file On 1/23/I was contacted by MrRod C [redacted] returning the message I left the evening of 1/22/ I felt that it only fair that since what I was asked what could smooth things over was not going to be done, which by the way I asked to get a divorce from Auto Trakk and get financed by someone else I have tried on on my own with no success I could have actually been placed in another vehicle but they couldn't do anything with my car WTF??? So I wanted to know what could Auto Trakk offer me in light of the error made not just with my account but I was told numerous accounts got hit with one, two and three withdrawals unauthorized Well on 1/23/after getting off the phone with MrC [redacted] with him offering a free week I think and I said I would consider that but I really didn't feel that I could trust them with my banking information at their disposal MrC [redacted] really tried to make a point that this ever happening again would be very slim at best So he said let him work on that and he would call me back shortly Well I check my account as I knew I had less than $to deal with after my car payment and I needed to send out a payment for $ To my horror I see Auto Trakk has taken payments at $on the same transaction which of course screwed my account up YET AGAIN and FOR WHAT? CAUSE THEY CAN? I called Auto Trakk to speak with Brandy S***, Customer Service Mgr They asked who was calling I said Ms [redacted] and was told she was unavailable would I like to speak to another supervisor? I said no but to please inform MsBrandy that I am continuing on with my 2nd complaint to the Attorney General and The Revdex.com and all of a sudden I was told she just became available I waited minutes and hung up MrC [redacted] called me right after this fiasco and I told him that Auto Trakk done F----d me AGAIN and I am done with this game! I am on Medical Leave from my employer and I only receive 60% of my pay and that is taxed so I DO NOT have time for the games, mistakes, excuses with my little money! I should be treated the same as a person with A-credit regardless of what I actually have in my account! MrC [redacted] the first time this happened had the audacity to say my account was in the negative before the transaction on the 7th of January,and I told him whatever was in my account Auto Trakk did NOT have authorization from me on that day to take anything from MY PRIVATE ACCOUNT! Now I have been forced to order another Debit Card, next I need to close my account but as I just checked It is still in the negative and that is not how my account was before the double withdrawal of $each! I received overdraft fees in connection with this so called 'mistake' by a new girl who inadvertently double charged me instead of removing my card! Excuses are not cutting it with me! I am on a very limited income which is sporadic at best and errors like this from companies that should have much experience in handling customers money is totally UNACCEPTABLE! This is a SAD DAY in our time when companies just run roughshod over you and expect you to say oh well!! Well I am done with being treated with less than the respect I know I deserve! I may not have a credit score but that by NO MEANS mean they can take advantage of me on ANY LEVEL!!!! If I am forced to keep financing with Auto Trakk then I will be forced to pay an extra $a week charge to pay by Money Gram Wow so they take from me but its alright and then I am stuck paying more just to find some sort of security with my payments? I need some help with this ASAP! MrC [redacted] called me around 2:pm on 1/23/ I really didn't want to talk to him if my account was not restored and proceeded to inform him of my GREAT DISPLEASURE of being treated in such a fashion! April 22, [redacted] Revdex.com of Metro Washington DC & Eastern Pennsylvania K St NW, 10th Floor Washington, DC 20005- Re: Complaint number [redacted] Dear **Dondero, I have received the complaint, # [redacted] , filed with the Revdex.com by [redacted] on April 21, AutoTrakk is an automobile financing company that provides an excellent, highly structured lease program for people that have had credit difficulties We give “credit- challenged” customers a way to drive high quality, late model cars with the security of a full powertrain warranty First of all, ** [redacted] selected the vehicle and negotiated the price and financing terms with the dealership, AutoTrakk simply provided the financing in good faithAutoTrakk was not a party when ** [redacted] signed her lease agreement and as such, I am unable to comment on what was or was not said by the dealer Please find the attached copy of ** [redacted] ’s lease agreementPlease notice the lease agreement is initialed by ** [redacted] on all six pages and signed on the last pageThe first page of the contract clearly outlines all of the costs associated with this transaction The box at the top of the page clearly states the amount due at lease signing, the weekly payment amount, the lease term of years, the number of weekly payments, and the total of the payments which is $25, Also on the first page of the lease agreement, please find Box “C”This box breaks down all the dollar amounts as they relate to ** [redacted] ’s transactionThe agreed upon price of the vehicle of $15,plus the $lease acquisition fee equals the $16,gross capitalized costSubtracting the capitalized cost reduction of $brings the lease amount down to $15, The residual amount of $3,plus the $lease purchase option fee is the amount ** [redacted] could purchase the vehicle for after all contractual lease payments have been made should she desire to keep the vehicleThe rent charge of $10,is the total amount of rent that will be paid over the life of the lease ** [redacted] has two end of lease optionsOnce all contractual lease payments have been paid, she could turn the vehicle back into the dealer or pay the residual amount plus the $lease purchase option fee to own the vehicle ** [redacted] may also trade the vehicle at any time throughout the life of the lease as long as she and the dealer can make the numbers workThe amount a dealer would show her on a tratowards a different vehicle would be negotiated between ** [redacted] and the prospective dealership ** [redacted] may also pay the vehicle off at any timeHer current payoff is $12,and will expire on May 5, Her payoff quote includes all remaining lease payments, the residual amount, and the lease purchase option feeShe may qualify for more conventional financing through her bank or credit union should she desire to refinance the balance One of the benefits of the AutoTrakk Lease Program is that we report to all three credit bureaus monthlyOn-time payments to AutoTrakk as well as other financial discipline can go a long way to rebuilding one’s credit Turning the vehicle in is not an optionIt would be considered a repossession and as such, would negate all of the hard work ** [redacted] has placed into rebuilding her credit ** [redacted] again states “If the sales person would have followed regulation and disclosed all of these hidden fees this would not be an issue”In spite of the fact that all fees are properly disclosed on the lease document, that complaint would best be directed toward the selling dealership I would like to thank ** [redacted] for making us aware that she did not receive the level of service she feels she deservedI would also like to apologize for the service she receivedWe work very hard to ensure that we deliver a superior customer experienceThrough comments like hers, we know we have more hard work ahead of us I’d be more than happy to discuss this situation with you at any time I may be reached at ###-###-#### Very Truly Yours, [redacted] Ombudsman

Dear Sir or Madam: [redacted] advised Auto Trakk on 11/27/that the vehicle she currently leases would not startAuto Trakk provided [redacted] with a service facility for the vehicle on 11/30/On 1/24/Auto Trakk was made aware the vehicle was experiencing problems starting and we have made provisions for her vehicle to be towed and repairedAuto Trakk was unable to provide a facility any earlier due to weather related issues.Should we find that there is a defective device in the vehicleAuto Trakk will replace the unit at no cost to the customer.Thank you.Randy B [redacted]
