This company is full of itI had my car refinanced through my bank and I called to see when I could get there device removed there customer service said anytime And if I have any problems have them call them so they could telI confirm I then call and make an appointment with the place I got the car from get he r r the situation changrI called autotrakk now they telling me I have to waitI drove mins to get here that I would have to come to daysWhy wasn't I told that beforeThey already received payment in full this is very inconsiderate of thrmI wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

In response to Ms***'s complaint, Auto Trakk, LLC provided financing to Ms*** to lease a *** ***Auto Trakk, LLC, prior to leasing the vehicle to Ms*** performed an AutoCheck on the vehicle, which showed no structural damage rendering the
vehicle unsafe.Ms*** had contacted Auto Trakk, LLC on numerous occasions stating she could no longer afford the vehicle, which is why she was returning itAuto Trakk, LLC would gladly discuss this matter further if Ms*** has any further concerns, however, at this time, Auto Trakk, LLC is not in a position to remove this from Ms***'s credit bureaus

Our representative spoke with Mr*** on February 2, and processed his payment to Mr***’s satisfactionMr***’s phone issue was forwarded to our IT department to investigate the issue and work to resolve it
It was determined that the inability to log in to Mr***’s online account was user errorMr*** was using an incorrect passwordOur representative informed Mr*** of the correct information needed to access his account via the AutoTrakk online portal

I am sorry to hear that *** *** was not pleased with her buying
experience from the dealership she leased the vehicle throughAs consumers, we
negotiate the terms and price of all goods and servicesIf *** *** did not
feel comfortable with the deal she negotiated, she should have made her
salesman aware of her feelings or simply walked away from the deal entirely at
that timeAutoTrakk was not a party to these negotiations and as such, I am
unable to comment on what was or was not said at that time
It has been our experience that when a customer defaults on their
contractual lease payments very early on in their lease, it is a sign of
greater difficulties to comeWe made the decision to return the vehicle to the
dealershipThis transaction will not be reported to the credit bureaus in any
way, there will be no repossession fees and there will be no deficiency balance
due
AutoTrakk never receives any of the down payment moneyThe funds are
retained by the dealershipA request for a refund of those funds would be best
directed to the leasing dealership

I am sorry to hear that Ms*** had problems with her bank accountWe fully understand how important this issue is and we are working diligently to resolve the issueI spoke with Ms*** on January 14th and we are mailing her a check for $to cover her overdraft fees
To be clear, Ms*** made a payment on December 23rd in the amount of $We processed the payment however; the payment did not debit from her account until January 7, Ms*** did authorize the charge however; due to a computer error by the credit card processing firm, the funds were not debited from her account until January 7thI can certainly understand how this situation would cause confusion as the payments are normally debited from our customer’s account within hours from the time the payment is made
The charge Ms*** references from January 9, was not billed in errorThe payment was made to us on January 6th and was debited from her account on January 9th
To offset some of the financial hardship Ms*** is experiencing, we granted Ms*** a zero cost extension that offset one week’s payment of $and brought her account currentHer next weekly payment is not due until January 16,
We thoroughly regret this incident and are working diligently to resolve these issues
