Re: Complaint number [redacted]
Dear [redacted],
I have received the complaint, #[redacted], filed with the Revdex.com by [redacted] on July 10,...

2015.
AutoTrakk is an automobile financing company that provides an excellent, highly structured lease program for people that have had credit difficulties. We give “credit- challenged” customers a way to drive high quality, late model cars with the security of a full powertrain warranty.
Please find the attached lease contract for [redacted] and Jessica W[redacted].
The AutoTrakk lease program is based on a weekly payment system. All customers have a payment due every Friday. One of the benefits of the AutoTrakk program is the customer may pay weekly, bi-weekly, or even monthly if they choose. They simply need to make sure they prepay for any and all payments. If [redacted] would like to pay bi-weekly, all he needs to do is prepay for two weeks so his account is paid in advance and he will be current until his next pay cycle.
[redacted] has made 77 weekly payments and has 192 weekly payments remaining. It is not uncommon for a customer who has been making payments for only 77 weeks of a 260 week lease term to owe more on the vehicle than it is worth. This is common with leases, as well as conventional automobile financing.
One of the benefits of the AutoTrakk lease program is that a customer can trade out of the vehicle anytime they and the dealer can make the numbers work. Dealers tell us that it is easiest to put a deal together when the customer has been making payments for at least two years.
I’d be more than happy to discuss this situation with you at any time. I may be reached at ###-###-#### or via email at [redacted]@autotrakk.com.

Dear Ms. [redacted]:Auto Trakk, LLC is still in the position of receiving a cancellation notice from Ms. [redacted]'s insurance carrier ([redacted]) and placing the account on hold. Then reaching out to the insurance carrier after receiving a call from Ms. [redacted] and removing the hold. Thank you. Randy Baldwin

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
The account was listed in my bankruptcy in 2010 and was a Direct Pay.  The account was only included in 2012 because it was a conversion from Chapter 13 to 7.  By November 2012, I already had fully purchased the vehicle and sold it to [redacted].  The account has been listed Negative on my credit report.  I have attached proof of sale from [redacted] as well as the way it was listed on my bankruptcy paperwork.  Thank you for your time and attention.
Regards,

I was sorry
to hear that [redacted] had problems with her vehicle. I certainly
understand how frustrating it can be when we have vehicle issues. I was glad to
hear the dealership agreed to give [redacted] a different vehicle.
Hopefully her new vehicle will provide her with years of trouble free service.

We have
been in contact with [redacted] and have brought her account current by
granting two zero-cost extensions which advanced her due date to April 4, 2014.
We hope this will build a positive relationship between AutoTrakk and [redacted] and set her up for success in the AutoTrakk program.

Dear [redacted]:I am in receipt of the complaint for [redacted]. I have searched our data base of customers and cannot locate [redacted]'s account. Do you have any other additional information regarding his account so as to respond to the complaint.Thank you.Randy B[redacted]Auto Trakk, LLC

Dear [redacted]Auto Trakk, LLC is in receipt of [redacted]'s complaint. On September 1, 2016 our office spoke with [redacted] regarding her delinquent payments. There was no promise to pay document signed only a conversation with [redacted] advising her that her account would be flagged for a follow...

up regarding the outstanding balance. With respect to [redacted] not knowing she entered into a lease. Please be aware, [redacted] signed the lease agreement on May 9, 2015, which clearly evidences it is a leased vehicle. Further, [redacted] executed a welcome call with Auto Trakk, LLC, which goes over the lease and explains the vehicle is leased.Thank you.Randy B[redacted]

Dear [redacted]:Auto Trakk, LLC is unaware of "glitch" with our online payment processing. [redacted] was charged twice and was credited for the double payment. A review of his payment history does not show any other issues.Thank you.Randy B[redacted]Auto Trakk, LLC

This company is all about money they say they're there to help the customers but they're really not I had two different situations one of course was my fault that he was the company's fault then went to hear nothing I have to say I asked Chris as a manager can I please speak with a higher up supervisor no one never call me back but they're so quick to call me about payments this company is not for the customers there for themselves. So many extra fees. If your company is helping someone with bad credit why add all the extra fees. I would never refer anyone to this company regardless of the situation because they are a rip off.

Dear [redacted]:Auto Trakk, LLC received a cancellation notice from [redacted] insurance carrier ([redacted]) on 1/11/17. Her account was placed on hold and collateral protection insurance was placed on the vehicle Auto Trakk, LLC owns. Auto Trakk, LLC received a call from [redacted] that the...

policy was paid. Auto Trakk, LLC contacted [redacted] on 1/24/17 and was advised the policy did not cancel and there was no lapse in coverage. Auto Trakk, LLC removed the collateral protection insurance from [redacted] account and has refunded her $58.00 on 1/25/17.Thank you.Randy B[redacted]Auto Trakk, LLC

Dear Ms. [redacted]: In an effort to resolve this matter, Auto Trakk, LLC is in agreement to waive the $250 purchase option on Ms. [redacted]'s account. Thank you. Randy B[redacted]Auto Trakk, LLC

I am sorry to hear that [redacted] is having difficulties with her insurance. There are a small number of insurance companies that do not meet [redacted] lease requirements. [redacted] had a 7 day policy which would not meet the AutoTrakk Lease requirements. I have included a copy of [redacted] lease and the agreement to provide insurance that [redacted] signed when she leased the vehicle.
When it was determined that [redacted] insurance policy did not meet her lease requirements, the requirements were explained to her and a code was issued so the vehicle would not disable for the remainder of her seven day policy. This was done to give [redacted] a week to renew her policy to one that meets her lease requirements.
If [redacted] does not have valid, lease compliant insurance on the vehicle, a code will not be released and the vehicle will disable. The AutoTrakk payment reminder system does not have the ability to “immediately turn off the vehicle”. It is prepaid transportation.
As you can see by the attached lease agreement and the agreement to provide insurance, the lease is not fraudulent nor is there any secretly hidden contractual terms.
I’d be more than happy to discuss this situation with you at any time. I may be reached at ###-###-#### or via email at [redacted]@autotrakk.com.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  AutoTrakk has lied in their statement provided to the Revdex.com.  They claim that this contract is null and void without any charges or reporting to credit bureaus...I have proof that they in fact have reported the purchase to credit bureaus.  This information is listed in my credit report which is monitored by [redacted].[redacted]

Dear [redacted]
*
I have received the complaint, #[redacted], filed with the Revdex.com by [redacted] on March 25, 2014.

AutoTrakk is an automobile financing company that provides an excellent,
highly structured lease program for people that have had credit
difficulties.  We give “credit-
challenged” customers a way to drive high quality, late model cars with the
security of a full powertrain warranty.

[redacted]
states that she advised one of our representatives that she would be making a
payment on Friday March 28th. That payment never arrived. As of
today, [redacted] is four contractual lease payments delinquent. [redacted]
alerted us on April 2, 2014 that she does not intend to fulfill her contractual
obligations and wishes to have her vehicle repossessed.

[redacted]
claims that our affiliates talked her into purchasing a car. This could not be
further from the truth. Dealers are not our affiliates. We have no part in
negotiating with the customer or which banks get an application for financing. [redacted] selected the vehicle and negotiated the price and financing options with
the dealership. AutoTrakk simply provided the financing for [redacted] in good
faith.

One of the
benefits of the AutoTrakk program is that we report to all three credit bureaus
monthly. On-time payments made to us, along with other financial discipline,
can go a long way towards helping improve a customer’s credit score.

[redacted]
feels that she is being harassed when she is being asked to pay for a vehicle
she leased. If all lease payments were made on-time, AutoTrakk would have no
reason to contact her.

All
AutoTrakk customers have the ability to trade the vehicle in on another vehicle
anytime throughout the life of the lease as long as they and the dealer can
make the numbers work.

I’d be more
than happy to discuss this situation with you at any time.  I may be reached at [redacted]

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
This is exactly what I am saying, this company makes things up. So the last time that anyone in Autotrakk spoke to me was in September of 2011. That doesn't make sense, and I had the car until April of 2013. There were times after September of 2011 that I spoke with someone inside of Autotrakk to get the balance to get the car started. And also to check the balance again to see how much was due on the car, so I know that is not true and as soon as my phone provider provides me with the phone records to prove that I have spoken to you after September 2011, I will be sending that over as well. I think at this time, I will seek counsel, since this company seems to come up with a bunch of lies and mess and continues to get over on people. Meaning that they sell cars at a higher price than what they are for and expect people to pay that ridiculous price. Autotrakk, has told me nothing but lies since the beginning of this transaction, and they continue to report false information to the credit agencies, when I know what they report is not true, perfect example, they just stated they had not spoken to me since September of 2011, but reports that I made a payment on a car that has not been in my presence since 2013 in 2015. Regards,
[redacted]

Dear [redacted] entered into a lease contract with [redacted] on February 17, 2011. The lease was assigned to Auto Trakk, LLC. [redacted] became delinquent in payments under the terms of the lease and Auto Trakk, LLC attempted to contact her. Auto Trakk, LLC received a call...

from [redacted] in May, 2013 that our vehicle was towed to their facility as being abandoned with no tags. Auto Trakk, LLC secured the vehicle from [redacted] and sold the vehicle resulting in a deficiency balance on the account. Auto Trakk, LLC believes the account is reporting accurately on [redacted]'s credit bureaus.Thank you.Randy B[redacted]
