The company notified me that they would stop sending products to me. You can consider this case closed.
This is the second time I notified your office.

Company provides false advertising relative to "Free Sample" and subsequent billing without placing an order.
September 6, 2018, I sent $5.79 to *** for a sample anti-aging cream. I used a credit card. Advertisement said if consumer wants to order the cream, do nothing and in 30 days the order will be completed. Otherwise, consumers had 30 days to cancel. September 24 & 26, 2018 the company attempted to deduct $39.75 from the card used.
I called Customer Support and the representative hung up on me! All subsequent calls was not answered.
I need them to stop debiting my card. I did not abd WILL NOT order the cream!

Desired Outcome

I want NO FURTHER CONTACT from company; including stop debiting my credit card.

I DID call and I spoke with an EXTREMELY rude male. He hung up on me before he cancelled!! Then,your company attempted to debit my credit card a total of 3 times! Each time you attempted to debit my card, it was for a different amount! Twice was AFTER I had spoken to the representative!

Buyer beware! When you order a free sample and pay only shipping you are also agreeing to receive regularly scheduled shipments and your credit card will be charged $87. This is not clearly stated ANYWHERE on the website and not stated at all on the shipping invoice included with your sample. In order to return and cancel, you must speak with a representative who first tries to coerce you into accepting the product, then tells you it can be returned but you must pay a restocking fee. This borders on MAIL FRAUD, folks! Only after repeatedly telling the phone rep that I do not want this product at all and asking to speak to a supervisor, did he back down and give me an "RMA NUMBER" to write on the package (by the way, I was charged for the product a whole month before it arrived in my mailbox) and enable me to return it. Shameful.

When you order on our website you agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 4 days of shipping you will be charged for the bottles if you do not call to cancel and return the product. As per terms, you will receive a 30-day supply of the product for the low cost of shipping and handling fee for the duration of the trial. Without cancellation, the account will automatically be enrolled in a monthly subscription. Hence the monthly products delivered to your address. We didn't receive any call from you regarding cancellation of your account. Under #8 - Refund Policy of our terms and conditions, any packages marked "Refused", "cancel" or "return to sender" without an RMA number will not be processed as a refund nor will it cancel the auto ship program. I do not know what an RMA number is so why should I be punished for that. I never opened the boxes because I did not want the product after the sample. If I knew the sample was contingent on further product shipment, I never would have ordered it to begin with. I don't think I should be given a full refund.

Simply Allure Wrinkle is the name of product and company. I went on line and thought I was purchasing a sample of an Amy Carlson supported product, of a facial anti-wrinkle cream, for cost of $5.97. I read the information and my credit card would be charged $5.97 for this free sample. No place did it state I had 18 days to cancel or my credit card would be charged every month $19.87. The company charging me is not the Amy Carlson product. It is totally different. This company charged me $19.87 on the 19 day after my free sample charge of $5.97. I received the free sample and it made my eyes water and burn, I certainly would of canceled any further purchases. I
called the company twice and they refused to remove the $19.87 charge.

Refund I want Simply Allure Wrinkle to send me a refund of $19.87. I had to cancel my credit card to stop this company from charging me every month. Hello! When you order on our website you have to agree on the terms and conditions for your order to get through. As per terms, you get a 30-day supply of the product and test it out for the duration of the trial for the low cost of shipping and handling fee. The trial started the day you placed the order - April 26, 2018. Informing us about any cancellation request or complaints within your trial is important so we can do necessary changes on the account.

I will be able to process a refund back to your account for the $19.87. It will go back to the account where it was taken out of regardless of a new card issuance. It'll be faster since it takes 3-5 business days compared to a cheque that could take 10-15 business days.

The terms I agreed to did not have a trial period that I had to cancel in order not to be charge on credit card. I paid $5.97 for shipping of a small jar of facial crème.I am on social security disability and I am very careful not to get ripped off with monthly charges. I can not afford them. Send me a check for $19.87. I wont receive a credt as my card number has changed.

of the three bottles of wrinkle cream that they claim they shipped I received first & 3rd. I returned 3rd due to rash. refund for 2nd was not received
When the first/trial bottle gave me rash, I cancelled but they say I didn't. The second bottle never arrived but my card was charges. when I called they claimed it was delivered and 3rd bottle was on its way. I received 3rd bottle and called and got return number and shipped back. But I never got a second bottle so I could not return. I went through card bank and bank said because I did not take note at time of cancellation I had to settle with merchant. I called again and offered to send back the first trial bottle instead of second that I never received... but they are forcefully denying any possible way to refund my $87.

I have already returned the last/3rd bottle of wrinkle cream and got partial refund to my credit card. I would be glad to send the barely used first bottle of cream instead of the second bottle I never received (therefore could have not sent back). All I want is to find a way to get refund of the charge for second bottle.

Hello, the *** was shipped out 3 bottles hence 3 charges of $87.50 was made to the account. The 2nd shipment was processed on February 03, 2018 and based on the tracking number (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) provided by the courier, it was successfully delivered to the customer's shipping address on February 8, 2018(attaching screenshot of tracking). The remaining refund for the customer's returned item was processed last April 30, 2018 for an amount of $35.50. This customer has already spoken to and has filed a dispute/chargeback with his/her bank. Once we receives a Dispute we are no longer available to process a refund to the customer since our account is frozen with the corresponding customer. The bank is the only one who can call and allow us access to approve a refund or not. Kindly settle the dispute with your bank.

I tried to settle with vendor first and was told they will not refund because I did not cancel on time. I know that I did but their records apparently doesn't show. The I went through the bank but...The bank has told me they have closed the dispute because I did not have documentation of the cancellation reference number and the name of person I spoke with.
The bank also told me that now I should go back to merchant. I called them and they said the same as they answered Revdex.com. So I am caught between. The bank dispute is closed. This is an excuse to avoid reimbursing. I have never received the second bottle. I received the first and third. I have returned 3rd and am willing to send first which has been used for 3 days. Please stop this game and refund.

I was attracted to this business because of its association with "Shark Tank." I ordered the free trial, paying the shipping and handling charges. Upon use I have had a severe reaction to the product - burning and redness which has necessitated that I can't use it any more. I also have been billed $87.50 twice for a product I didn't order or receive. This company and product is a scam. I have wasted $10 and I'm not going to waste anymore. Shark Tank needs to disassociate itself from this business.

SCAM: Avan Skin Labs has multiple addresses in West Florida, all the same phone number & has other SCAM affiliates it associates with.
SCAM: Avan Skin Labs promoted a "Free Trail" offer advertisement with Shark Tank (not certain this is the television Shark Tank show). For a shipping charge of $9.97 a "Free" sample will be sent.The site was unclear as to future charges or sending credit card information to affiliates. If the account is not unsubscribed immediately the Victims will be charged $97.48 on the credit card every month. This happened to me and I did not received any merchandise. When I unsubscribed from Avan Skin Labs my credit card information was sent to KLM Makeup 365 and now I am being charged $9.97 each month and do not receive any merchandise. I did not authorize these transactions and now it is a struggle to get out of this scam. I live in fear that this group will continue to use my credit card information through their other affiliates. I have to go to my bank and try to get out of this SCAM. In addition I have to cancel my credit card.

The company wrongly advertised. Instead of a free sample, they significantly overcharged. They sent and charged for boxes which were not ordered.
In January 2017 I went on-line and ordered one container of skin cream which I thought was free. However in the billing I believe it was listed as $87.50. I entered my credit card information and the computer went to a screen which said "I want monthly orders" ( or something to that effect). The company had the "yes" box checked. I tried about 20 times to uncheck the box with no success. I then went back to the prior screen thinking this would void the checked box.

1/8/18 I was charged $87.50 and on 1/9/18 I was charged $85.20. In February I was charged $87.50 and $85.20. I did not see these charges until early March when I reviewed my statements and I was overwhelmed! No way would I ever agree to pay that amount for skin cream!!

I was perplexed because I remembered only ordering one container, and there were 4 huge charges on my account!!
I wrote myself a note to call the company. The cream was breaking out my face so I discontinued use of it.

In quick succession more cream boxes arrived! I thought " what is going on here! I don't want this cream!" My March bank statement had two more charges for $87.50 and $85.20!!
When I called to speak to the representative I explained I had not wanted repeated orders, the cream broke my face out, and I was overcharged. He said I could not return any of the unused cream. After much arguing he agreed to credit my account $60 and $60. This was a fraction of what I had been charged for cream I did not order, did not want, and could not use.

The credits were shown in my account and I got an email confirmation of my cancellation.

Lo and behold today April 12 more cream arrived!!! I called the company and emphasized I never wanted the cream, did not order the cream, cancelled the cream, and told them I better not be billed for the cream. The representative said I was billed April 8 but if I sent back the box he would take off the charge. He gave me a return merchandise number

I said I wanted an email confirmation. I called my bank Suntrust and they did not yet have evidence of the bill and they reassured me it would not be put through. I asked for a form to file a dispute on the charges.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be reimbursed for all charges to my account minue the $120 the company credited. This included three charges of $87.50 and three charges of $85.20 ( minus $120).

The latest charges on April will be refunded to you in full without deducting any restocking fee. I have processed that refund today, 04/27/2018 for $50.20-Eye and $52.50-wrinkle back to your account.

On January 10,2018 I ordered a free sample skin cream with shipping charges of $5.79 charged to my credit card. In Feb. I was charged $87.50 for skin cream I did not get and did not order. I called my bank and was told the company had also charged me this amount in March. These charges are in dispute. I called the company on March 5th and spoke to "Victor" who told me I had requested enrollment in a monthly plan. I told him this was not true, I did not order the products and did not want them. I only received one product after the sample and wanted to return it.
He said I could only return it with a RMA number,, which was an agreement by me to pay a restocking fee or get a partial refund of $40.00. This was not acceptable to me. He then, after much discussion and my refusal, agreed to cancel my account and told me I did not have to return the product, that I could use it, give it to a friend, or throw it away.
I received a confirmation number of XXXXXXX and also an order number of XXXXXX stating that my "subscription" status was updated and cancelled.
I do not have the update from my bank yet regarding the two charges of $87.50, so I do not know if they will ultimately have to be paid by me or not. I believe this was a scam. I would never agree to subscribe to this and cannot afford the costs, and do not need a jar of cream every month.

I want these two charges of $87.50 each removed from my credit card. I want the bureau to investigate the company for fraud and operating a scam and put it out of business.

I was charged monthly $200.for monthly charges .they gave me a round around about how to get my money back. Will they were taking more money out of my account .I went to the bank for a new card. This is fraud all the way. Taking menus out that I did not know about. My bank told me of other people that went like me. I want my money back. WILL RETURN UNUSED, WANT REFUND

Under MYMAKEUPROCKS.NET, they charged my bank account $9.95 for a subscription, without my knowledge or consent.
I have used AvanSkinLabs in the past, but cancelled payments two months ago. This is a totally different company that I have never heard of or signed up for, and yet they used my bank account to charge me a monthly subscription fee, on 3/1/18. It would have been a monthly charge if I had not caught it. The website looks fake. This is a complete scam setup to steal from me.

Desired Outcome

I did call the company and they refunded my money. My concern is that this will happen again. I have never even heard of MYMAKEUPROCKS.NET but I have signed up for Avon Skin Care in the past. False Advertisement Avan Skin Labs
SCAM ALERT !! I ordered a free sample of cream and serum by paying shipping fee $5.87 & $4.87. When the free sample arrived there was nothing in the package about canceling anything as they were leading us to believe we were getting a free sample. 30 days later, Avan Skin Labs charged my credit card $87.50 & $85.20. I called the Avan Skin Labs and they told me that my 14 day trial was up and that they could offer me a complementary partial refund of $140. We will see if they come through. I am still out $33.00.

Due to the false advertisement. I would like to receive a full refund.

I bought samples of anti-aging cream $5.79 and an eye serum $4.87. I was never told I was subscribing to these products or charged $690.80.
On 11/6 I bought the two samples for a total of $10.66. There was never any mention that this transaction would result in a monthly subscription to their products. And I was never informed that $172.70 would be withdrawn from my checking account 18 days later. Since then, they have withdrawn a total of $690.80 from my checking account without my permission. I received and was charged for products that I never ordered or used, so I called and demanded a full refund, but they refused to take responsibility or acknowledge their bad practices. I got not results.

I seek the full refund of the $690.80 they withdrew from my checking account through fraudulent methods. I was charged for products that I never ordered or used. There was never any mention of a subscription service or how much it would cost. I only bought samples, to see if I like them or not, but they fraudulently charged me for products I never bought or want to buy.

No where was it mentioned what I purchased was a subscription to monthly deliveries and I was VERY careful reading through the online order form when placing my initial order. Two items were automatically shipped the next month at a cost of $87.50 & $85.20. The restocking fee was around $50 each (do not have the exact amount as I was livid when on the phone with them arranging the return).

Desired Outcome

Refund Full refund, no restocking fee and insure they have cancelled their subscription. I am paying return shipping including signed receipt from them that they received it.

When I contacted the company for the Return Merchandise Authorization I was informed of a $50 per item fee which I do not accept. The items were returned in the original boxes and I have the signed receipt of the accepted return. Tracking # 9590 9402 3560 7305 8799 93 vis USPS and was signed for on 3/3/18. See attached picture of the signed receipt.

I will verify the full charge was refunded before I release this claim. It stated 3 to 5 days for processing.
