I tried to purchase a JBL Pulse refurbished from techrabbit.com.The website glitched and did not complete my order but they sure did charge my bank account I have contacted techrabbit numerous times however since they don't see an order they cannot process a refund to my bank accountSo here I am I have to wait 22+ days from my bank just to get my transaction returned I will not be trying to re purchase this product as its an absolute nightmare to get your money back if something happens.I am very angry about this experience and it could have been a lot better if Anthony from techrabbit would give me my money back

I ordered a new item and they sent a damaged open box item in a poorly packaged Poly Pak baggieFor such an expensive item, I would have expected far better packaging in an actual box...not a Poly Pak baggie! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered a replacement mobile overnight delivery. Have not heard from them since except an email that stated there was no one in the office. THEY ARE A SCAM! If the price is too good to be true....
