When I received the item, it was not in original packaging, which was fine, but when I was setting the earbuds up to use on my phone in the bluetooth settings, they initially showed up as "Marisa's Powerbeats3", which indicated that these earbuds previously belonged to someone named Marisa - they were not brand new as advertised They are likely a refurbished product Techrabbit is committing fraud by selling refurbished items advertised as brand new Their customer service has neither acknowledged the problem nor apologized for it This company is fraudulent and cannot be trusted
My order came quickly, just as describedWe just got the earbuds, so haven't had a chance to try them, but they appear new and in great conditionThank you!
Bought an *** computer from the company, received it all banged up and not operating right it was slow, freezing, power cord was loose and stripped, the computer kept shutting off and running hot so I reached back out to this company and asked for refund and they agreed and sent me a packing slip to return the computer which I did and I have the proof, they have had this item back for two weeks and they never refunded me like they agreed even after several emails I sent and Anthony said he would help me but never didIts so frustrating to be a hard working citizen trying to buy profitable things you need and people rip you offAre there still good people in this world? I wont be shopping with the company anymore
