I have ordered multiple items from TechRabbit and every purchase showed up exactly as describedI've only purchased refurbished tech and have had no malfunctions nor issues
I purchased a mouse form techrabbit on august 30, shipping was delayed but it is not much of an issuethe issue is I bought a brand new hassle free form tech rabbit which is I understand also that the packaging will be a brownhowever, when I received the product it is in the original packaging but a broken packaging and the mouse showed evidence of usethe rubber pads on the mouse showed scratches and the mouse wont connect wirelesslyi contacted the customer support and they recommended a replacement but at I need to ship the defective product first before shipping a new onei am asking them to ship a new one first and once I received it I will ship the other one since I can still use it wirelesslythe company would not address this issue since the problem is not on my end

TechRabbit.com lists a year warranty for its "New condition" Wearwatches on its website as of today, August 23, 2018, as it did at the time of purchase
My Wearwatch stopped charging on August 12, and I contacted *** the maker of watch, who referred me back to TechRabbit, because it was not purchased directly from ***
I have been in contact with "David" from TechRabbit, who initially refused to honor his company's warranty on New Wearwatches, and then begrudgingly set up an RMA for a return when images of the TechRabbit website were sent as proof
My defective watch was returned to TechRabbit.com on August 20,
I contacted TechRabbit.com on August 23, and David refuses to provide an exchange despite being shown proof that this item is in stock in New, Hassle-free condition
As of today TechRabbit has the watch I purchased and my money David
After speaking with a Representative from the Company, and after a thoughtful review of what had happened with my order, I can see now that I was just too quick to jump to conclusions, and know that the mistake with the sensor devices may have indeed been overlooked, as the times are changing so quickly, and new devices along with their respective operating systems (iOS in this case) are changing even faster The Representative assured me that this sort of thing will now be forever scrutinized because of this The Camera, was and appeared to be new, even though the box was a bit tattered The camera may have been damaged during shipment, and again, I didn't take the time to call for technical assistance, and jumped at the opportunity to just ship the product back and get a refund
The Company has refunded me, and assured me that this sort of thing would not happen in the future, as they do sell new items as new, and don't attempt to fraud anyone by marking returns as new
I ordered a Refurbished MacBook Air on 10/11/I received the shipment on 10/20/which was not badI bought the computer as a gift so I opened the package to make sure everything worked properly and included all the accessoriesInitially I was concerned with the overall look of the MacBook as it was obviously dented and excessively scratchedStill to be expected with refurbished discounted products I wasn't unhappyIt wasn't until I turned the computer on that I noticed some issuesThe laptop made humming noises as it was turning on and took a while to start upVery unlike appleHowever, I again overlooked thisI began editing the settings and writing a note on the laptop for the person receiving the gift, when all of the sudden it shut downThe laptop was changed to 40% when this happened but I plugged it into the charger anyways and it did not turn back onI tried again minutes later to get the laptop to turn on, this time the computer made the start up nois
