Revdex.com:I called open sky and spoke to Kevin yesterday and requested cancel and refund. The only reason why refund was done I believe. He was unapologetic, disinterested and quick to offer a refund on a defective item without offering an exchange.  I received  the refund slips only after I called them. Sure, it's resolved but they have lost another client. I will not recommend anyone to shop with open sky.

Again, this is not something I want to return. It is a severely damaged/defective product that should have lasted more than four months. It is luxurious high-quality sheets that have completely fallen apart. I would have returned in the 30 days had I known they would fall apart but unfortunately, they did not fall apart within 30 days. The is a defective product concern not a return an item concern.
