These were not  stored improperly, this is a faulty product. A refund needs to be granted for this order. I understand there is a 14 day return policy but there needs to be an exception made. I refuse to accept any other resolution at this point.

was returned.We have corresponded with the customer in regards to returning the item mentioned in this complaint, however a label was never sent or initiated by us or the customer.The item was returned to an incorrect merchant that discarded the product.We have issued the customer OSky cash as a courtesy for the inconvenience.Please make sure that you only use the labels we directly provide you for a return.

I am willing to compromise some on the amount but I Refuse to be stolen from.  My bank records clearly show no purchase after 6/**/15

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseThey only said that they would issue a refund, after contacting you. The refund was for only the items that got cancelled. The company is saying that one of the items a hipbone bluetooth mini speaker was shipped and they have ups tracking info said it was delivered. But I never received it. At this point I don't even want a replacement for it but a full refund for a product that I never received and the incovenience of having to write some many emails to the company and now to you just to get the product. Open Sky should be ashamed of how they are treating their customer. I was a retail manager for over 17 years, if I treated a customer like I've been treated, they would have fired me.I just want this issued resolved.Thank You,[redacted]
