I logged into my account, and also my bank account, and did not see a refund pending. My OpenSky account said that the return was completed on Aug 16, but that was not what I was told would happen by the agent. Their dates aren't adding up, and if they processed my return on the [redacted], then I should see a refund by the [redacted]

The company needs to be reviewed by Management at OpenSky because this is not a very good way to treat customers that spend money for items that will never be shipped from a fraudulent company. OpenSky has lost me as a customer and until they review this business I will not be recommending OpenSky to any of my friends. I will take no further action on this.  The Revdex.com can close this out once it is sent to the company as I am not going to be going through a hoop any more.
