 I went to my bank today to have them help me deal with this whole mess--whoever the rep was that spoke with us had no idea what she was talking about!  She kept repeating the [redacted] over and over which had no point.  You keep putting charges on my account and taking them off--I am fed up!  There is no way I owe $133+.  My bank will be filing a dispute.

[redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.All I wanted to say is that I asked for a complete refund and, thanks to the Revdex.com intervening, OpenSky finally complied.  So if you put that "customer is satisfied with the outcome," that should cover it.

[Dear Revdex.com,  I’m sorry I had to contact your organization, but I’m trying to get
my money back from OpenSky.  This
particular company uses deceptive business practices when it comes to their
returns/refund policies.
I ordered a total of 4 items: 
3 tops (in blue, grey, and black) and 1 cardigan.  When I received the package, the products did
not meet my expectations.  Initially, I
couldn’t find the packing slip so I went back to the email that was sent to me once the payment was deducted from my bank account stating my confirmation order.  Then to my surprise I discovered all the items I ordered were marked as final sale/non-refundable.
I couldn't beleive what I was seeing.  Never once did I see anything in writing stating the items
I selected were all marked as final sale/nonrefundable.  
When I tried to call and speak with a customer service representative,
there was no phone number listed on their website.  The only way to reach them was through email that stated it would take 2-3 days for a response.
This was my first time ever ordering from OpenSky.  I’ve never heard of them either.  Secondly, when I entered my credit card
information, there was nothing stating before finalizing my payment that all items
are final sale/non-refundable.  Therefore, I was led to believe if I didn’t like the product I could return it for a refund.
During the entire check-out process, OpenSky never once stated all items are final sale/non-refundable.  
Simply put, this company is a ripoff and should not be allowed to
practice ecommerce in the USA.

I told OpenSky that I don't have a tracking number as I put the item in the same type of padded envelop that they sent it to me and I put extra postage and my return address on the envelop.  I mailed it to the address which was on the envelop which was [redacted].  I mailed the item back the day after I received it.
