Colder's can only sell our products at currently listed pricing.  We do not recognize a screenshot from a mobile device as current pricing.  As stated earlier, I made several attempts to demonstrate that the pricing on the item in question was clearly marked both in-store and on our company website at $1495 at the time that Mr. [redacted] was in our establishment.  This is the only price that can be honored by Colder's at this time. Thank you,[redacted]

I am not accepting the reply from Colder's as this is the same thing they have been telling me since Oct 13, "we are ordering the part and will call you when it comes in"!I have waited long enough. I never receive communication from them, I have to call and am repeatedly told "the part should be here soon, we will check and call you back".

This is in response to consumer complaint #[redacted].  Mrs. [redacted] who is the owner of the range had service out on 3/24/17 and she stated that the range is working great.  We apologize for the inconvenience and are thankful for the opportunity to do business with Mrs. [redacted] and happy that...

The washer was delivered on 10-18-15. One full month after our original purchase. It took them one month to accomplish what any other business would have done the next day. We went without a washer a month because they have no concept of customer service. No compensation for the month without a washer only excuses. All Colders did was give us a washer that we purchased on 9-18-15. They need to back their products not wash their hands of them once there sold. Thanks Colders for a month without a washer, as if you care! The sad thing is they think they provided good customer service what a joke.

Thank you for allowing me to respond to the concerns raised by the [redacted]'s.  We take every issue seriously and strive to resolve them quickly.
I met with the [redacted]'s on Sunday 7/31 at our West Allis location to see if we could find mattresses that would meet their...

comfort needs.  We discussed several options and in the end they were able to select 2 new models that we all feel will work much better for them.  We are set to pick up and deliver the new beds on 8/4. 
I feel confident this will give them many years of confortable sleep.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Although it is a compromise, Colder's has at least realized clearly through their communications with me that the part in question is and has beensold to me under a lifetime warranty by the manufacturer at the time of purchase just over two years ago. Colder's has reluctantly agreed thatthe manufacturer, "Best Manufacturing Co." should be required to continue to repair or replace this "deficient" mechanism if it continues to causeany more problems in the "proper working of the recliner" as it was sold to me at the time of purchase. In addition Colder's has an express and written warranty of their own that clearly states that if the "same repair conditions continue 4 times" they will replace the warranted product. As I have stated to countless employees of Colder's when the repairman came to repair the recliner he clearly saw and stated to me that the reclinermechanism was bent and defective and this condition happened within 12-13 months of delivery from the manufacturer. Finally in closing, as thecustomer of Colder's I feel that is more than reasonable for me to expect that when I purchased this recliner; having been given a stated and writtenwarranty promising me that I would be able to enjoy years of relaxation and comfort, that Colder's and Best should honor their promise.
