The first quarterly payment was demanded days before it was due
The deposit of $3,was not included to reduce the Payoff Quote dated 7/5/
The salesperson Christopher Watkins misrepresented the Lease as a $buyout lease The Payoff Quote dated quotes a residual of $9,This should be $

We have reached out to the customer several times in an effort to resolve the complaint, however the challenges are with the vendor, not Balboa Capital

I would like to supplement my complaintThis morning at approximately 9:am, Balboa Capital contacted me directly in a retaliatory effort to intimidate me and circumvent the Revdex.com complaint process. Balboa Capital clearly has not demonstrated good faith in attempting to resolve this issueThe details of our exchange are as follows:
Around 9:am I received a call from a woman purporting to be the director of the legal department at Balboa Capital. I did not get her name but she called from this number: *** ***She demanded that I produce the documents stating my agreement to a $buyout leaseI replied that I need to look into itWithout further inquiry, the woman immediately accused me of filing a fraudulent Revdex.com claim and alleged that I was a liar. At this point the conversation escalatedMidway through the conversation she declared that the conversation was being recorded (which I believe is illegal) and that she was going to direct her counsel to file a fraud claim against meShe said she would use the recording against me in court and also share the recording with the Revdex.comAfter several minutes of repeated threats of legal action, I politely said I had to leave and hung upIt is my sincere I hope that she did record the conversation because it would be definitive proof of how unethical Balboa Capital is toward its customersFurther, based on the content and manner of our exchange, I suspect the caller was not a lawyer, but rather that she was posing as one for intimidation purposes. And, even if she was a lawyer, she may be violating several ethical rulesI would like to settle this dispute amicably and I anticipate we will need intervention by the Revdex.com to do so. Balboa Capital has threatened litigation without making any genuine attempts at settlement. I would like to avoid the cost of litigation and would be open to arbitration by the Revdex.com if that would be feasibleThank You For Your Cooperation,

Per the Revdex.com system the response from the business says "we are reviewing this file in order to find a resolution to the complaint". I don't believe that is true since I received an email from the company that says "at this point you have a commenced lease that cannot and will not be changed". That sounds like they don't plan to find a resolution to the complaint

Balboa Capital said I was approved for 75,and then told me that my vendor was not on there approved vendors list I told them I like to by from people in my own state they said if you pay we will reimburse within hours hence changing the terms of the agreement Even though this was done they didn't release the funds and they keep my deposit of over 7,dollars This company should not have a A rating with Revdex.com Please look at there reviews on google I wish I would have but instead I trusted Revdex.com for my recommendation This happening to business in our day and age is unthinkable and the hide behind the great name of Revdex.com

In February of I contacted the Revdex.com concerning bad practices from Balboa Capital a leasing company that I used to purchase some fitness equipment I was being wrongfully charged for a rental period for equipment that I had not received After weeks of stressing and arguing with Balboa Capital, a Mr*** *** contacted me from Balboa Capital to settle the dispute We came to an agreement and settled for a credit to my account for $ Our conversation and many others after that because I called frequently to check on my account would be at the end of my contract I would have a $deposit credited with a $buyout I made notes of everything that I discussed with this company I have made every payment, never late, now I received a statement stating for February 13th, 2017, that I owe $for my payment, and it didn't even say final payment I was told that I would get a call for final payoff and at that time I could tell them to add my $to the pay

We signed up for separate equipment loans through this companyFor the past years they have never reported against our personal credit as it was Company policy not to report business debt against you personally

This business has been horrible to work with on all customer service matters through the yearsThis takes the cake

I talked to *** on Thursday evening from Balboa and I explained that I did not agree to pay months to rent my equipment, I leased it with $buy out option. The Hold and Harmless Agreement states that Interim rent shall accrue from the date of such Delivery and Acceptance Certificate through the first day of the following month ( which would be March 1st, not May 13th), not the first day of the following three months....this is just another way to increase the profit for Balboa on a deal in bad faith. I agreed to pay an interest rate on my equipment, not rent it for additional months to benefit Balboa. I would of just went through my local bank and got a great interest rate due to my great credit history. Balboa is being uncooperative and I am very upset about giving them additional money that I did not agree uponThis is a scam. I have read the same exact complains on the Revdex.com during the exact same time period of when I set up my deal with Balboa. I am an honest business women, and I deserve better. It is not okay to rip small businesses off
