My dad is 85 years old and hasn't had good experiences with a couple other AC/heat companies. Jim S. Was very thorough in his work and explanations. He did not try to push any sales. My dad was very happy with Jim's overall work and will call Korte for any future repairs on plumbing, AC-heat, or electrical.
[redacted] and [redacted] were polite, punctual and courteous during our seasonal service check. [redacted] made sure to keep me updated on what they were doing and took the time to explain things. They were both very knowledgable and thorough. I feel very confident in the work that Korte Dos It All performs.

John F with Korte Does it All was here 5 hours yesterday with a major repair to our air conditioner. He was the most polite person ever! He explained everything he was going to do. He fixed it and left his work area clean.
Excellent repair process for a furnace heating problem (induction blower motor failure). He quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem, determined availability of required parts, and arranged onsite delivery of the parts within the hour. He also outlined 2 repair options and the costs of each, so I could quickly make my preferred decision. The repair was done quickly and the furnace back in operation that same morning a short time later.
Steven helped us out today. He was very thorough and had air circulating like it never has before. The next time we call for service, we will ask for Steven. Could not have been more happy with the serivce.

My experience with Korte today was very positive. Amanda K, who answered my call at about 10:45am, was very courteous. And the service tech Tom was at my home by 12:45pm. With a clogged toilet, I really appreciated their promptness! Plus, Tom was professional and knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly.
we had a furnace problem due to an electrical storm that occurred several months ago. Korte was contacted since they had installed it. A David B was sent out to examine the problem and he identified what was wrong and fixed it in a very positive fashion. I was extremely pleased that he took the time to show me the damaged part and went on to show me how the ignition system worked and its safety features as I had told him about my dis comfort in having gas appliances which made me feel that the system was much safer than I realized. He was very courteous and professional and I don't think that you will find a better technician when he is sent your way fron Korte.
