We had purchased some new kitchen appliances and needed some plumbing work and some gas line work in order to accommodate the appliances. Tom did the plumbing and gas line work and installed the appliances. He did a nice job. He showed up on time, even though we had gotten a lot of snow the night before and we live 35 miles from Ft Wayne.
Technician was prompt and courteous, informative and diligent.
Work was performed, equipment repaired, and future parts ordered for return visit.

I was having drain blockage issues at my three bedroom house. I called Korte Does It All. The phone receptionist and the dispatch were very friendly and efficient. I was offered time frames for a plumber visit that same day.
Later, the dispatch called to say the plumber was on his way. The plumber arrived, listened to my concerns, assessed the problem, and came up with a solution to try. He was very thoughtful in advising me every step of the procedure.
His solution worked, and I was very assured that the problem was solved. I was impressed that they supplied a plumber to fix the problem on the day I called. I recommend their company and technicians.
I couldn't have asked for better service! Rudy and KoKo spent the entire day at my home working on a list of electrical things I wanted done ... new wiring for overhead lighting in bedrooms, replacements of other lighting and fans, new outlets, etcetera. Some of the lighting and fans that I had purchased were either found broken in the box, or they needed some sort of attachment or even bulbs that I failed to get. They explained everything thoroughly when I asked questions, and treated my property with respect. They even removed trash and cleaned up before leaving! Since I need to make a few returns and shop again for different products to complete my list, I will be requesting both Rudy and KoKo to return!

Korte does a great job on our annual furnace check in the fall and air conditioning check in the spring.

They have a program called. The Korte club and we always rejoin each year. It is a great program for their customers.
