Review: I got a call from [redacted] from bell honda he told me that if I traded in my 4mo old car I could get a better interest rate I went in the next day for our appointment I was under the impression that a new car meant a 2014 not another 2013 I asked [redacted] what the differences were between the new car and my car he said simply that the new one is newer my son asked him the same question when we took the test drive [redacted] answered tht the new one had improved suspension when I figured out tonight that the new car and the old car are the same year I called the dealership and spoke with [redacted] hhe said .dident ramsey margary the finance manager explain to you that you're buying a new 2013 I was never told and I am sure the finance manager knew that I thought ithat I was buying a 2014 not another 2013 [redacted]s manager asked me to come back tonight I did that [redacted] told me I signed a contract and honda had already approved my contract when I called honda credit their system only shows my old contract I asked [redacted] why would anyone agree to a$65 a month higher payment for the same year make and model vehicle [redacted] told me that this improved my credit rating so it's all good I do not think it's all good what I want is either out of this contract or a 20I4 vehicle that I thought I was purchasing I believe that this dealership has used a bait and switch sale with meDesired Settlement: What I want is either out of this contract or the 2014 vehicle that I thought I was buying

At this point, Ms. [redacted] has re-signed her new car deal to a monthly payment below what she originally had. She has also stated that she was going to retract all the complaints she had against Bell Honda, including this one.

I went into Bell Honda, Sept of 2012, to look for a car. They treated me terribly, so I decided to go to [redacted] instead. Ever since Sept 2012, they have called me periodically. I have told them on numerous occasions that I was not interested in buying a car and to stop calling me. It's December 2013, and they're still calling me!

Tracy s[redacted] was an excellent sales person and handled all my needs in purchasing a new civic, whuch for the record the civics have come a long ways. Call tracy and check one out :)

Review: I filed my last complaint 10 months ago. I was sent a gift card for my trouble. I have had to go as far as asking my wireless carrier to block the number (which they were only able to do for a few months), and today received ANOTHER call.

This is absolutely ridiculous and the idea that I would EVER consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership again is asinine!!!

Let me be very clear: THIS IS HARASSMENT AND I DO NOT WISH TO BE CONTACTED ANY FURTHER.Desired Settlement: I want the harassing phone calls to stop.

In looking at our records, Ms. [redacted] was called on three separate occasions during 2013. We apologize for these calls and have completely deleted Ms. [redacted] from our customer relations software.

If any more calls were to occur, I would ask that Ms. [redacted] contact me directly at ###-###-#### with the names of the people calling her from Bell Honda so that we may take appropriate disciplinary action against them.

A rewarding experience obtaining exact vehicle wanted, and total time well spent with interested and interesting salespeople!

Review: Honda misrepresented information, I was lied to and mislead. I purchased a car from Bell Honda and did not have money for a deposit which I was straight forward about and told the salesman at least a dozen times.

The Salesman told me that Even tho I did not have the deposit money in my bank account that they would send the checks thru a 3rd party company so that I can make payment arrangements on the deposit. The salesman told me not to let the outside finance company know about the deposit or the loan would not go thru.

I was told that they use the 3rd party check company all the time and I was told that there would not be a problem and that not to worry that I will not get into trouble and all would be good when I made payment arrangements. I believed the salesman and under duress I signed 2 forms regarding the 2 checks that I wrote and I was hurried to sign the temporary sales contract. It was not until weeks later that I realized that I was not given a copy of the check agreement forms I signed.

I called and spoke with the salesman several times afterwards with my concerns because the check had not gone thru the bank yet, and I was given wrong phone numbers to call and the salesman kept stalling then he finally gave me the number to the check company [redacted]. Later I get in touch with their check company called [redacted].

I was informed by [redacted] that they do not allow payment arrangements and that If I don't come up with the money by a period of time that they will file legal suit against me.

I was mislead and lied to so that the salesman could get the car sale. I tried to call the dealership several times but no one returns my calls. I have never written a bad check and now I am scared I am disabled and on Social Security and feel like I was taken advantage of.Desired Settlement: I would like Bell Honda to Resolve this issue with the check company, get the checks back from the check company and to clear my name from bad checks written. I want Bell Honda to deal with me directly to get the deposit money and give me reasonable monthly payments. It was not fair that I was lied to and mislead and now I can face criminal charges for bad check fraud which I never intended to write a bad check. I am disabled and feel like they took advantage of me because of my disability status.

Response to complaint #[redacted] purchased a vehicle from Bell Honda on October 23, 2015. Bell Honda does not verbally agree to down payment terms without signed promissory notes clearly explaining the agreed terms. I have attached the signed promissory notes showing Mrs. [redacted]greed to have her down payment money by November 22, 2015. When the checks did not clear, we used our check guarantee company called [redacted] to collect, this is the company Mrs. [redacted]s referring to in her complaint. I have contacted [redacted] and they currently have an agreed payment arrangement schedule set with Mrs. [redacted] did state that the original set terms on January 4, 2016 had to be adjusted to lower payment amount in order to accommodate Mrs. [redacted] We believe that since agreed terms of payment have been set, Mrs. [redacted] complaint has been resolved. Hi I bought a vehicle from bell honda in 200 and I service my car there since then with out exaggeration there service department is the worst experience I ever had in my life recently lat week I had appointment to fix the recall which is the air bag and lubes I wait for more than four hours and told me they haven't done anything couse the parts is not available I was mad and ask them to pull out my car and left with out any paperwork they told me they going to mail me the paperwork which I doubt it I wouldn't recommend any body to go there for any service they are extremely bad and there customers service are nasty
