This is one of the WORST companies I have ever had to deal withNot only does the company refuse to listen, they don't care and will you give you the run around and you never get the same answer twiceI have been fighting with the company for years about an issue, called, submitted my information, told the account was closedEleven months later, I get a notice in the mail there was going to be a wage attachement to my husband's employerMy husband faxed information to the company a few weeks prior again providing information we paid taxes and they reported "we have not received the information"They refused to listen, and in order to get the company to get off my back, done arguing and headaches, I finally just paid it to end be headaches and stress because the people that work here are complete is who don't careThis is not the first I have heard of this and this company seriously needs to be investigated for fraudulent information
