I am rejecting this response because this agency has not in good faith communicated with me. I've left several voice messages and have written letters.  I've asked for written statements and have not received response. I've been making monthly payments and have canceled checks but no information about the account about the account. My complaint is that there has been no good faith communication despite multiple requests. its my hope to resolve. Contacting Revdex.com has resulted in the only communication I've been afforded.
