The customer did notify us of their account number to investigate their order, unfortunately due to an error in our inbox, their email was closed without response and was not discovered until 02/08/18. Good Morning,In regards to complaint ID [redacted], a full refund has been processed on the customers order as requested. We do apologize the refund took longer than expected but we do show the refund was processed on 01/16/18. At this time the only thing we can offer in addition to the refund is a 15% discount code for the customers next purchase from our direct website. For security purposes this discount code can be provided to the customers direct email and a copy of the email will be forwarded to the Revdex.com for their records. To whom it may concern,In regards to complaint ID [redacted], we're sorry to hear the customer is still not satisfied with our response. We have attached additional screen shots of the failed attempts to refund the customer's order by our normal means. This rejection code, "Invalid merchant information: [redacted]-This transaction already has a charge back filed," prevents us from processing a refund on our end as it is under investigation with our payment processor, PayPal. Referring back to the original attachments from our previous response, the customer has already been refunded as PayPal closed the case in the customer's favor. We understand not all of our customers use PayPal as a form of payment, please note, because the charge was disputed, the dispute comes back to our payment processor which is PayPal. The customer was able to reach us by phone on 12/27/17 and a replacement order was cleared right away. The customer was instructed that they are free to dispose of the wrong shipment at their discretion. The customers replacement was delivered 01/03/18.
