Moving in no way is fun but they actually made it ENJOYABLE ! The customer is correct about the truck breaking down several times and we apologize for the inconvenience but it was not something under our controlEven with the delay caused by the truck malfunctioning the customer was still delivered within the delivery window that was given to him (business days from the first available date for delivery)The customer was ready for delivery as of 10/and he was delivered on 11/The driver requested payment prior to offloading because that is part of the customer's contractIt is not a decision he made on his ownAs far as the driver wanting to move back to his original country that is private information that we will not discussBut please know that all drivers are background checked and they are all driving legally obeying all federal and state laws

I found them very well-mannered and understanding to my needsEvery time I needed things done in a certain way they didn't question it, they just accommodated meIn my entire life I've moved most likely times before, and I have never had service like this beforeIt was greatThe owner was very nice and very accommodating with my move dateI had to change it a couple of times and he was able to make things happen for meIt was an incredible difficult time for me and he was quite reassuring of everything

I moved from a bedrm to a bedrm house, the guys showed up on time, were happy, courteous and very hard working for hoursThey set up the rooms perfectly and helped me figure out a layout for main level as it was a little awkward I have to move again in 1/years and will definitely be using them againThanks guys!
